24/04/2026: Intrigued by the positive reviews, we went to dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice and intimate. I lowered my rating because the ventilation isn't adequate, the fried food was coming out of the kitchen, and the smell lingers in the room and on your clothes. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the food is good, with refined flavors. The dishes, as in all of Alsace, are a bit heavy for our tastes. We still recommend it. The wine list is excellent.

29/05/2026: Passing through Colmar, we discovered this was one of the best tarte flambée restaurants. We loved the experience and received a very warm welcome. We're vegetarians, and there was no problem ordering tarte flambée without bacon; they were excellent (and some of the recipes are very original!). The sweet tarte flambée with apple and spiced streusel was also delicious! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back if we have the chance! :) Reservations are recommended, as the place is a bit small!

17/05/2026: waiter and waitress were super polite and friendly. food was awesome and ok regarding prices. it was very loud from time to time...not really a noise-breaking element in the room. Ambiente was a little weird, interior could use an improvement, it looks more like a shisha bar than a high class restaurant...but that depends on the taste of the visitor

07/06/2026: We visited Chez Kuna restaurant on June 5th with my wife and our three children. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Everything was delicious – the meat, the salad, and the fries were excellent. We especially want to commend the very friendly, attentive, and courteous staff. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. If I had to rate this restaurant on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it 12! Our whole family was delighted. If we return to Colmar, we will definitely visit this restaurant again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

02/06/2026: Hello, I went to this restaurant for the first time for Mother's Day and I have nothing but positive things to say. The service was top-notch 👌🏼, the staff incredibly friendly, and the meal was generous and delicious. Thank you so much! (I just have one small comment: we were a party of five—four adults and one child—and we ordered the children's menu. It was very well presented on a large plate, with two mixed dishes and a chef's special, all served on the same plate. I had to ask what it was because I thought a dish was missing.) But otherwise, it was very good, and I will definitely be back 😊. I highly recommend it!

01/06/2026: I stopped by for lunch during my stay in Colmar, and it lived up to my expectations. The decor is extraordinary; the theme truly transports you. The presentation is impeccable. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations. The food is delicious, especially the dessert.

24/05/2026: This restaurant, even though in a beautiful spot seems to lack in a lot of fields. From the service being done by multiple people and having no follow-up with our meal, to the food that was lacking in tastes and originality. It feels as if we were robbed out of our money. In my own experience, not only was the meal I chose (vegeterian, as my dietary restrictions didn't permit me to eat most of the other meals on the menu) consisting of just carrots, cooked with the skin on and the leaves still on, but was also, texture wise, a terrible experience. The dessert was a bit more researched but was way too expensive for what it was. The smoking area was also way too close to the patio, leading us to smell cigarette fumes later on as we continued to eat. Portion sizes are way too small for the money we spent. We left still feeling hungry. This restaurant is to run away from if you have a tight budget, and need accomodations.

14/06/2026: Very nice atmosphere on a little side street, we were seated on the terrace. The food was nice - we especially recommend the Flammkuchen ! Unfortunately we were too full to try desserts. The white wine Riesling was delicious! Service was a little overworked at times leading to a few slower than needed interactions. But very friendly! We reserved our table, which is necessary on a Saturday evening!

09/06/2026: First of all, it's not Ramloc but Colmar, there's no Tasty Crousty, I ordered a salad and found a pubic hair and a live, pregnant snail in my plate. Avoid at all costs!!!

15/06/2026: Very interesting concept of a restaurant. It’s a small place with a few tables and only a few dishes on the menu (good selection of drinks though). Some may think the service is a bit slow but the sole waiter is very attentive and it’s really a one seating kind of thing - the atmosphere is nice, there is no rush and you can really enjoy your meal. I regret that we didn’t stay for dessert. Also, bonus points for being dog friendly!

19/05/2026: A pleasant and delicious evening. However, they aren't very flexible regarding changes. This is the first time we've been asked for an extra 25 euros! Just to exchange a dish (lamb isn't a meat everyone enjoys, and in this case, none of the three of us like it!).

07/05/2026: A good restaurant. The welcome was a little reserved, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. We opted for the Galerie Collection menu. All courses were delicious and beautifully presented. The recommended wine paired well with the food. The service was friendly and, at times, attentive.

26/04/2026: While searching for a restaurant offering vegan and gluten-free options, Google thankfully recommended this one. All the ingredients are organic, the food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and my personal highlight was the sugar-free brownie for dessert and the lupin coffee. Highly recommended.

01/06/2026: Warm welcome The meals are very good and generous, and the side dishes, which are a nice change from the usual, pair perfectly with the main courses. The waitresses and waiters are professional, pleasant, and attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic; it's very friendly and lively. For rugby fans, there are often matches on TV (a must-see if you're with friends). In any case, a very good experience; I recommend it 100%! Go for it!

30/05/2026: First time with my wife, a minor issue: the €9.50 cocktail was only half full, while the next table also had a full glass 🤔🤔 Then we each ordered steak tartare. The presentation was lovely, but the problem was that we received our meats in less than 10 minutes after ordering... Is it prepared in advance? And as for the meat, which was supposed to be beef, I certainly didn't get that impression, especially in terms of color. Otherwise, the sides and dessert were fine.

25/06/2026: The location is ideal, right on the waterfront. You can enjoy delicious Alsatian dishes while admiring the boats passing on the Lauch River and the beautiful flower-filled balconies. However, this picture-postcard setting comes at a price. The food is good, but it's not quite worth the cost on its own: €24 for the ham hock and potatoes, and €10 for the strudel with a scoop of ice cream, is a bit pricey for a plate. The bill is therefore justified more by the exceptional location and truly top-notch service. I'm not giving it a perfect score for this reason, but it's still a great place to discover for its atmosphere!

22/06/2026: Arrogant and not worth it. Staff is not communicating about expected table availability. Once ordered , it tool 1h for our meals to get delivered. While nearby tables got same food delivered in 15’. Some staff can’t handle expectations of a busy restaurant where orders and asks getting forgotten, lengthening experience further. Food was too bland. Chicken too dry and tough to chew, special bake severely lacking salt. Beautiful location, but not worth the lengthy wait, arrogance and mediocre meal.
