Valentin gave us excellent advice on Alsatian wines, and Aurélien delighted us with his wonderful sharing platters! Thank you to them both, and don't hesitate to go if you want to have a great time.

06/09/2026: I came with friends and we discovered this little bar, tucked away in a quiet street. We were hungry and wanted a drink – and it turned out to be the best bar of our entire trip to Colmar! They have great platters for sharing, and the owners were very welcoming and nice!

18/08/2026: Beautiful setting. Perfect service. Pleasant interaction. The value for money, however, wasn't great in my opinion. The food was rather ordinary but expensive. The menu offered a fish tartare, but what arrived was a slightly dry terrine with mayonnaise and salad. We expected something different. The meat was expensive and nothing special. The prices are high for what it is. Overall, I was satisfied.

06/09/2026: Anyone visiting Colmar absolutely MUST eat at "Chez Kuna". Reservations are recommended, or you can simply show up when they open 😉 They serve Balkan cuisine, which tastes so wonderful there – 5 stars aren't enough! The value for money is unparalleled in Colmar – simply amazing. The staff is relaxed, incredibly friendly, and always up for a laugh.

We highly recommend this location, which is far from the tourist traps of the city center. A unique character, exceptional cooking juices... quite a surprise considering how busy Colmar is. Restaurateurs still take the time to serve quality food with welcoming staff!

08/08/2026: Last night we had dinner at La cocotte de Grand mère. We had a great time. We all chose traditional dishes, and they were excellent. The restaurant has limited seating and the manager is very friendly. The advantage is that you can book online.

28/08/2026: Tonight we were on the restaurant terrace! It was so pleasant... a welcome respite from the heat after all this sweltering heat! The service was fantastic and they were always so attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the beef fillet, homemade fries, and delicious béarnaise sauce!

26/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, there was no greeting, no welcome whatsoever. We had to go and find the waiter behind the counter ourselves just to be told where to sit. As for the food, the dishes were decent, but frankly nothing special, especially considering the prices: around €60 per person for a main course, dessert, and a glass of wine. At this price point, one expects a completely different experience, both in terms of the food and the service. Furthermore, the outdoor chairs are of very low quality, making them particularly uncomfortable. We were poorly seated throughout the entire meal, which is all the more disappointing given the prices. Unfortunately, the departure pretty much sums up the meal: when it came time to pay, we were handed the receipt without a word, without even a glance… Non-existent welcome, cold service, uncomfortable seating, and prices completely disproportionate to the quality of the experience. Avoid at all costs.
