11/07/2026: A lovely, traditional restaurant, first-class service, everything was great... except the sauerkraut was a bit bland.

04/07/2026: The food is excellent. The service is very friendly. Even our dog was served water without us asking. Highly recommended.

22/07/2026: Well, I think that if you don't know how to make a proper flan... you should avoid selling a disgusting piece of pastry for more than 5 euros a slice... the whipped cream... no taste at all... it looks like a tourist trap.

16/07/2026: The pastries are excellent, especially the apple-almond tart, the kirsch biscuit, and the cheese biscuit... However, our last visit was disastrous. We were turned away by a waitress on the pretext that the restaurant was full. These things happen, and we should have made a reservation, but there are more polite ways and a more courteous tone to use when informing loyal Colmar customers of over 30 years. Thankfully, not all the staff are so condescending.

19/10/2025: We only had one wine and one beer, very expensive, the service was terrible, they gave us the wrong wine and it was terrible, the only good thing was the location

25/08/2026: The hamburgers are very good, but when they arrive cold, they are barely warmed up, and we are told that this is normal since they are already reheated.

24/08/2026: A fantastic team! I'm a regular customer at Burger King Colmar, and frankly, I wanted to leave a review because the quality of service deserves to be highlighted. The managers are truly excellent: professional, dedicated, welcoming, and always available to ensure everything runs smoothly. It's a pleasure to see such a well-organized and committed team. Yes, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait for orders, but let's be honest: when it's busy, that's perfectly normal. And most importantly for me, the food is served hot, well-prepared, and of high quality. You can tell there's a team that's giving it their all, even during the busiest times. A big thank you to the managers and the entire Burger King Colmar team for their professionalism and hard work! I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

19/07/2026: It took 1 hour to get 2 flammkuchen.

05/08/2026: Our order was taken; we wanted something to drink and croissants. Our drinks arrived, and we were told that they were out of croissants. We felt misled and would not recommend this café.

05/08/2026: ✨ Incredible ✨ I ordered three Viennese frappé coffees (there were two of us, I didn't drink them alone). They were the best coffees of this type I've had in my 22 years of life. As the person who served me and made the coffees said, this machine is the best investment you could ever make. Just look at these coffees and how beautiful they are.

14/08/2026: The whipped cream wasn't fresh, and the ice cream had barely arrived at the table when it started to run. At home, I keep whipped cream in the fridge to prevent it from running, but everyone does what they like… The not-at-all-fresh whipped cream made me sick all afternoon and part of the night, which is a real shame because the setting at the foot of the cathedral is lovely.

13/08/2026: Do not recommend this place for eating, only for drinking. The quality is not good. We got Cesar salad, with something that reminded of chicken nuggets which were also hard and tasted like reheated. The salad was also boring and tasted genderless. The cafe is centrally located, that's why I give the place 2 stars. The sweet waiter gets 5 stars from us

13/08/2026: Luckily, we didn't let the reviews deter us; it would have been a shame to miss out on a delicious mixed salad (a welcome change from Caesars and the like!) and a wonderful plum tart. The staff gave us a very warm welcome; they didn't have a children's menu but offered us a perfectly reasonable alternative.

22/07/2026: We are very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, we asked if we could come in, and a waiter told us yes. A few moments later, a woman came over and spoke to us in a very rude and unfriendly manner, repeatedly saying, “It’s reserved, it’s reserved,” without any politeness or explanation. We were two adults with two young children (2 and 3 years old) in strollers. We even asked if we could wait for a table to become available on the terrace, but she refused without trying to help us in any way. Her attitude and lack of respect deeply upset us. Even the waiter seemed embarrassed by the situation. We completely understand that a restaurant can be fully booked and that tables may be reserved. However, this does not justify treating customers with such coldness and disrespect. A little kindness and courtesy, especially towards families with young children, should be the minimum. We strongly do not recommend this restaurant, especially if you are visiting with your family and young children. The way we were treated made us feel completely unwelcome. If you are looking for a family-friendly restaurant where guests are treated with kindness and respect, we suggest you choose another place. We will never return and cannot recommend this establishment.
