13/12/2024: Overpriced for deplorable quality, a tourist trap in all its splendor.
Initially we wanted to express our disappointment, with a constructive aim, perhaps to pave the way for improvement in the dishes ordered... but we were confronted with an arrogant, self-confident, self-proclaimed boss. one of the best establishments in Colmar!
When I see the Google review score, it seems that many of us think the opposite.
The kind of establishment that harms Colmar's reputation. Really unfortunate that it could still exist in 2024...

02/09/2024: What can I say except that for a restaurant specializing in cordon bleu, well it's just acceptable (dry and more cheese inside) no dish for vegetarians. Very good service though

12/09/2024: Very nice discovery, a very cozy place 😊 the dishes were very good, we had a goat cheese burger and a salad with mini tacos, very colorful and well cooked! Homemade fries are killer 😍
Too bad we just discovered the place but learned that it was going to close soon, that's a disappointment, courage to the owners, it was great don't change anything 😊

10/08/2024: We got here by chance and it was a super nice experience. Imagine that you lunch on a terrace on a sunny day and while waiting for your meal, you can even go back and forth between your table and the church.
09/08/2024: A long-standing Colmarien tea room. Always pleasant to sit on the terrace for a coffee and a pastry at the foot of the Saint Martin collegiate church.

29/08/2024: Vitrine au 3/4 vide, nous sommes les seuls clients.une vendeuse est présenterons regard et s'en va. Une autre vendeuse arrive pour nous informer que sa collègue va s'occuper de nous. Après quelques minutes, elle retourne l'appeler. Au final c est une autre vendeuse qui arrive pas de bonjour, pas de sourire , visage fermé.
Entre notre entrée et notre sortie, plus de 10 mn se sont écoulé.
Quant à la pâtisserie, portion de tarte à la myrtilles, pas mauvais mais rien d'extraordinaire.
Je ne recommande absolument pas !

27/09/2024: “Excellent meal! I had the fish dish of the day and the gourmet coffee, and everything was delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The gourmet café offered a nice variety of desserts, all exquisite. The service was impeccable, attentive and fast. A very good address, I highly recommend!”
25/09/2024: I came across this store by chance as I was passing by near my hotel. The store was clean and the food was delicious. I enjoyed a relaxing meal with my daughter.

18/09/2024: Difficult to rate anything other than the service since we were unable to stay in this hotel.
Please note, check-in is before 9 p.m. otherwise there is no one there and, as the receptionist says so well, "I have better things to do than wait for you". Courteous and professional exchange, you will understand.
You will of course guess that the refund was not made, and the cancellation fees at the level of the amount of the room... 108€. Courtesy and professionalism have therefore given way to kindness and generosity!
So yes, we can clear customs via the general conditions of sale or others. However, a little sympathy and humanism will not make anyone in this world turn back.
5 stars for greed and fanaticism, thanks again!!!
16/09/2024: Satisfied with our stay. Room ok, clean. Bedding OK. TV graying out on certain channels in our room, it’s true but we don’t care, we’re not here for that!
The manager and his son: very pleasant, kind, helpful.
Breakfast ok too. Hot drink, orange juice, croissant, bread, butter, jam, and cheese, yogurt, cereals too....
If you are looking for something modern, something fancy, you will indeed be disappointed, if on the contrary you are looking for a simple and authentic establishment and people: go for it!
Thank you for allowing places like this to still exist. Good luck, and certainly see you next time!!

23/08/2024: Dismissive manager/owner with rude attitude. We didn’t even get to eat here. I had made a reservation several weeks in advance through The Fork for my husband and our elderly mothers and had driven in from our hotel 20 minutes away. When we arrived on time, we were rudely turned away with a shrug. The manager/owner simply showed me his mobile phone and said there was no reservation and in any event they were full, even though inside there were several empty tables and outside a few as well. In spite of showing him my phone which had both the confirmation and a reminder email from The Fork, stating the date and time, he just kept shrugging. So we went away. But looking at some of the reviews, it did us a favour as we found another restaurant close by, where we were welcomed with open arms and had both exceptional service and food.
06/08/2024: Les repas étaient délicieux, les cuisiniers se sont donnez de la peine pour nous servir et les serveurs aussi. Mais le patron était très désagréable faisait sans arrêt des remontrances à ses employés et ceci devant les clients,

15/12/2024: While passing through to see the Colmar Christmas market, we stopped at this restaurant without reservation. Good welcome. The meal was good overall. Fast service.
The only downside, we were quite crowded with other customers

04/12/2024: We went there on Sunday December 1, 2024 (1st weekend of the Christmas market), we were very well served.
We took 3 Kouglofs, which are super good, manala which even the next morning at breakfast are good.
Salted pretzels (ham/raclette, bacon...), that's killer, we regretted not having taken more.

26/11/2024: A saleswoman who works here, friendly enough, but on the other hand she has body odor that smells way too strong. To disturb customers. This must be remedied. Every time I come and she’s there, it’s not possible, I feel heartbroken.
