14/01/2026: It was like a museum of nostalgia. But it was crowded, and it was hard to find a seat. Frankly, the staff couldn't keep up with the customers.

04/01/2026: Terrible experience! We waited outside for 20 minutes (the waitress said “just 5 minutes”). We were then served a croissant and a pain au chocolat which were clearly industrial products and a very bad espresso. Total price 9 euros but we had to pay cash (card is only if you spend more than 10 euros). The only positive thing is that the Place is really nice. Tourist trap!

19/10/2025: We only had one wine and one beer, very expensive, the service was terrible, they gave us the wrong wine and it was terrible, the only good thing was the location

03/02/2026: The restaurant is located on the square next to the cathedral and has the advantage of being open in the evening and after 8 pm when everything around is closed. The food is good, the portions and prices are normal. I recommend.

30/01/2026: It's always a pleasure to go to Amandine. The welcome is always smiling and warm, whether for breakfast, a quick meal, or enjoying the terrace.

16/12/2024: Good morning Relatively mixed. The mussels weren't bad but the quantity remains totally disrespectful coming from a large group! The waitress was very good! I still remain disappointed and will not come back...

14/12/2024: Not at all happy 20€ for a small square of salmon and a few mussels I left feeling hungry this is not normal, I asked for bread just to eat at least a few things I was told that There was some cooking but we were never served it, plus we had to wait 50 minutes before being served, only positive point the waiter was friendly.

16/12/2024: Really not crazy. On the verge of a tourist trap. The mulled wine makes up for the rest. There are much better things around!

13/12/2024: Overpriced for deplorable quality, a tourist trap in all its splendor. Initially we wanted to express our disappointment, with a constructive aim, perhaps to pave the way for improvement in the dishes ordered... but we were confronted with an arrogant, self-confident, self-proclaimed boss. one of the best establishments in Colmar! When I see the Google review score, it seems that many of us think the opposite. The kind of establishment that harms Colmar's reputation. Really unfortunate that it could still exist in 2024...

04/02/2026: We were seated at 11:40 AM and served over 40 minutes later. The waitress was very kind and attentive, but unfortunately, we saw that other people seated after us were served before us... That's not right. The meal was okay, nothing special, and a bit pricey.

05/01/2026: I had a wonderful time at Collis Martis. The place is welcoming, spacious, and very pleasant, ideal for both a meal and a festive evening. The atmosphere is refined and vibrant, with a varied program that always brings a great energy. The food is high-quality and beautifully presented, and the service is professional, attentive, and warm. You quickly feel at ease thanks to the staff's welcome and the well-organized layout. The terrace and the various indoor spaces allow you to fully enjoy the setting, whether with friends, family, or for a special event. A great place in Colmar, which I wholeheartedly recommend for a great time.

01/01/2026: A very bad experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception was unpleasant: the receptionist was not at all welcoming, which immediately gave a bad impression. The hotel had a strong smell of stale tobacco, including in the common areas. The room did not appear clean, and the towels had holes in them, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, there wasn't even a hairdryer, which is a basic amenity. I do not recommend this establishment.

The room service is impeccable and discreet, depending on guest availability. We felt comfortable, and breakfast was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I am very surprised by the negative comments I read after posting my own with my wife. As a legal expert for 60 Million Consumers, I stand by my opinion and believe that some of the negative reviews have dubious origins. I have not observed any of the negative comments that have been made about this establishment, especially by the manager's son, who is very helpful and communicative with his guests. I checked the comments of someone named Paoline who left at least 25 very negative reviews. I wonder, when someone isn't happy, why come 25 times? Unless this person only came once and then relentlessly attacked the establishment. When you have something to say, you should tell the managers directly. These comments, given their sheer number, aren't credible. Everyone should judge for themselves when they're there.

12/07/2025: Great team and their chicken Niçois is awesome. All the sandwiches are clearly made fresh.

11/12/2025: We ordered, among other things, a bacon and cheese sandwich that arrived half empty. We went to complain and were told they couldn't exchange it for another item. When they refused, I asked for a complaint form, which the manager denied me, and he also refused to give me his name. It was degrading treatment and a complete rip-off, as the advertising photo is misleading. The restrooms were also a disgrace in terms of hygiene. We will never return to this Burger King.

11/12/2025: I wanted to visit, but given the comments, it's a no-go, sorry. Where I live in the Vosges, they're the best. But don't worry, you're not the only ones. McDonald's is even worse. Good luck to you.
