08/03/2026: Absolutely revolting experience. (March 8, 2026; 3:30 PM) While I was in the restroom, a tattooed employee literally forced the door open to physically remove me. This is a blatant violation of privacy and a complete lack of professionalism. I have never seen an establishment treat its customers with such contempt and aggression. If you value your safety and dignity, avoid this place. Apparently, management allows its staff to act like lawless bouncers, even in the most private areas. A total disgrace to the neighborhood. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

03/01/2026: The staff are pleasant, but the cocktails are mediocre. The cocktail menu is very extensive, but the basics are missing.

24/05/2026: A wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff. The appetizer, a mixed salad with nuts, croutons, and goat's cheese, was divine and the highlight of our visit. The cordon bleu was tough, dry, and deep-fried. If it had been cooked in butter, it would have been more tender. But every kitchen has its off days. The sauce, however, was perfect and delicious. The spaetzle were also of the highest quality.

07/12/2025: The staff wasn't friendly. The pastries were nothing special, and we had to go upstairs because there was no more room downstairs. The cleanliness was really lacking. Upstairs, there was a member of staff doing paperwork at their desk, and the cook was listening to music.

24/05/2026: We had a wonderful lunch in the charming garden restaurant. Our pike-perch with crayfish and the pork cheeks were excellent. We assume that great emphasis is placed on top-quality ingredients. The service was very attentive and refreshingly friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

11/05/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bartholdi restaurant in Colmar. The terrace at the back of the restaurant is very pleasant, shaded, and peaceful, with a superb location at the foot of the Dominican church. It's a truly delightful setting for a relaxing lunch or dinner, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier streets. The service is attentive, refined, and refined, making the experience even more enjoyable. You can feel a genuine concern for the welcome and comfort of the guests. An elegant, well-located restaurant that we highly recommend for a wonderful time in Colmar.

31/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!! We were having a great evening when suddenly, the bartender (with his short black hair) and the "owner" launched a gratuitous attack because we were talking "too loudly"!!!! There were six of us in the bar, the other customers were on the terrace! Ladies and gentlemen, if you can't stand happy customers, find another job!!!!

09/06/2026: Excellent! A simple and efficient welcome, very clean and lovely rooms. The restaurant offered quick service and sufficient food so you didn't need to leave the premises. I recommend it.

25/05/2026: The coffee wasn't very tasty and was also relatively expensive. However, the pain au chocolat was good, and the café is in a nice location.

09/06/2026: I loved our many visits to this café. With a few friends, it's practically a tradition to come here and sip on a perfectly made cocktail. A special shout-out to a waitress: Laudia, your service is second to none, and your jokes are always great. Keep it up!

31/05/2026: Truly inconsistent: several times I decided against going because of the unfriendly welcome, and my only visit to their terrace was out of desperation. I finally went one Sunday evening because the dining room was quiet and I needed to work. I was pleasantly surprised: an original and flavorful cocktail, a generous and tasty main course, quick service, and a pleasant, friendly (and slightly older) waitress who was attentive to my feedback. The prices are typical of Colmar, let's say. I really felt like I was in that little neighborhood brasserie you love to go to. I'll go back to confirm this impression and give it the final star.

24/05/2026: A brasserie where it's lovely to grab a table on the large summer terrace. The cuisine is excellent and varied. Aurélien, the very friendly waiter, serves you with kindness, warmth, and good humor, knowing that it must have been a long and tiring Pentecost Sunday, judging by the crowds that evening. Thank you to him, and have a wonderful season!

19/05/2026: A little health check would do them good, 2 hours after eating there I was hit with a bad stomach ache, I thought it would pass, I ate too much… but the cramps lasted 5 days… for me it was the last time at Burger King Colmar.

19/05/2026: Does not honour promos (e.g the mandalorian meals). Tables were not clean, and staff were unhelpful.

18/06/2026: Not super cozy, but cool location and friendly staff. The cappuccino was unfortunately terrible. It tasted like water. We didn't have anything else, though; maybe the food is better… :)

26/05/2026: Unfortunately, they were very unfriendly. The location in front of the magnificent building is great. But if you politely ask if you can use the toilet for a euro, you're immediately chased away. Typical behavior: they take the tourists' money but don't like them.
