28/05/2026: Au Canon d’Or in Mulhouse is an excellent restaurant. The dishes are delicious, well-presented, and prepared with care. The restaurant is very clean, the atmosphere is warm, and the wine cellar is truly magnificent with a very fine selection. Special mention goes to Angelo, who is always smiling, welcoming, and professional. You feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend it!

15/01/2026: Excellent experience at Hoto. Passing through Mulhouse, I was looking for a quick bite. I definitely don't regret going to Hoto. Very friendly welcome, a wide selection of dishes, and excellent food. I'll be back on my next trip to Mulhouse.

03/07/2026: I went there at lunchtime today. The servers were kind and funny, and the food was excellent. I've rarely, if ever, eaten such good Flammekueche. The waitress even agreed to take a picture with me. The decor is also beautiful, as is the clothing. It was a very good experience that I highly recommend. The prices were also reasonable considering the quality of the food, the friendliness, and the decor. Kudos to the people who manage this restaurant!

28/06/2026: We came to the Auberge du Zoo for lunch on Sunday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were asked if we would like to eat on the terrace or inside. Given the extreme heatwave warning and temperatures nearing 40°C outside, we naturally chose the indoor dining room. Unfortunately, it was neither air-conditioned nor equipped with fans. It was around 36°C inside, and we felt stifled throughout the meal. We asked if it would be possible to have a fan, but received no response from the waiter. However, a few moments later, another table was given a fan, which we found regrettable. We would also like to point out that the waiters were doing their best despite the very difficult working conditions. They were drenched in sweat, their shirts completely soaked. We felt very sorry for them and wondered how they managed to work in such heat. It's a real shame, because this unbearable heat completely ruined what should have been a pleasant meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

27/06/2026: The restaurant is excellent: the food is very good, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, our experience at the upstairs bar was very disappointing. The bartender was arrogant and unpleasant, which really spoiled the experience. Furthermore, the cocktails we ordered were not up to par and very expensive! It's a shame, as this contrasts sharply with the quality of the restaurant.

10/06/2026: I've worked in aviation for decades, Through clouds, continents, and endless runways. I've traveled the world, from crêperie to crêperie, In search of flavors, treasures, and poetry. But today, at Crampous Mad, what a delicious revelation! I was completely blown away. Out of the 194 countries on our round Earth, I've never tasted a crêpe so rich. At your place, the batter doesn't crease, It soars higher than a jet airliner in full flight. And in this crêperie, forgive the audacious pun, I realized that "Crampous" surely comes from "cramp of the gods." It was pure delight, an almost mystical feast, A taste experience bordering on magic. My taste buds awakened unsuspected chakras, Secret doors I had never explored. The waiter was remarkable, attentive, inspired, Like a captain guiding a starry flight. And each bite of that crêpe offered for tasting Carried me non-stop to a new dimension. So thank you, Crampous Mad, for this memorable journey, This rare and unforgettable gourmet stopover. I've seen the whole world from the sky and its currents, But your flavors, they remain definitively above the clouds and time.

13/05/2026: Excellent restaurant off the main tourist route. 14 min walk from the train station. Great decor, tables were set mainly for two or four. Recommend to book online in advance as guests were queuing even on a week day.

17/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery! Winstub Henriette is a fantastic place that I highly recommend. From the moment you step inside, you're charmed by its quaint, slightly old-fashioned decor, which gives the place a wonderful charm and a warm atmosphere. As for the food, it's a sure thing for lovers of traditional Alsatian cuisine: The sauerkraut: it's simply excellent, flavorful, and perfectly balanced (light and easy to digest without being too heavy). The escalopes: also tried and tested, they are delicious and perfectly cooked. A little tip: the restaurant is very popular and seating is limited. Be sure to book in advance to guarantee a table! In short, a comforting and delicious experience in Mulhouse. We'll definitely be back!
