25/06/2026: A delightful stop this morning at Café Le Temps d’une Pause, located in the heart of Mulhouse, just steps from Place de la Réunion and only a ten-minute walk from the train station. As for the food, the café offers a full menu of hot drinks accompanied by small pastries to enjoy on-site. Lunch is also available, as well as brunch on weekends (reservations required). I had the opportunity to try a caffeinated drink with caramel and popcorn: a real treat to start the day. To accompany it, I opted for freshly squeezed orange juice, a homemade brownie, and a cookie, all equally delicious. The price-quality ratio is good. As for the atmosphere, the terrace is particularly pleasant. Located on a side street parallel to a busier thoroughfare, it allows you to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city center while remaining away from the crowds and noise. Inside, several tables are available, as well as two very comfortable sofa areas that invite you to settle in and fully enjoy the moment. The service is friendly, smiling, and attentive. 15/07/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed. Completely unprofessional. We had a reservation, but the blonde waitress just told us, "Your name's on the table, figure it out yourself." She couldn't even seat us. Once we were seated, no one came to give us the menu; we had to ask for it. The dark-haired waitress seemed fed up with taking our order. We asked for the coals to be changed, and the result was a completely burnt shisha. The Red Bull was served in a can without a glass, despite our request. Every time we called the blonde waitress, she sent her colleague because she clearly didn't want to serve us. I also noticed that she was very nice to the men but haughty with the women. The customers next to us even had to call the waitresses for us because they were ignoring us so much. I used to go to this shisha lounge before, but today the service was disastrous. It's a real shame.

21/08/2026: Terrible service, incompetent and unpleasant barmaid with no respect for customers. It was much better before the new owners; the bar is empty, as evidenced by the fact! Avoid at all costs.

20/08/2026: A very good experience with excellent Fleischnackas, true to Alsatian tradition. The service was impeccable: the waitress was energetic, smiling, and very pleasant. However, the dining room is quite noisy (opt for the balcony). Prices are rather high. A good place for local cuisine.
