04/06/2025: We spent a wonderful early June evening sitting outside in the plein air seating area of Auberge des Chevaliers, enjoying a meal of choucroute garnie with locally brewed (in Strasbourg) beer. The evening couldn't have been nicer, sunny and cool as the sun began to go down. Service was wonderful. The waiter was nonplussed by our request to split two plates of choucroute garnie between four of us, and when the plates arrived, we were glad we'd made that decision. Servings were enormous, with each plate piled high with roasted pigs' knuckles, two kinds of sausages, and slices of roast pork that our German friends know as Kassler Rippchen. In addition, there was a mound of sauerkraut, and with it, several boiled potatoes. The only discordant note was the cumin flavoring in the sauerkraut, which is far from traditional but increasingly popular in sauerkraut-loving areas of Europe.

08/05/2025: Restaurant not great at all took a mixed salad my friend also we did not eat it willingly not fresh put a piece of munster only crust the bread freeze hard as a stone lack of hygiene so to avoid

15/11/2024: I was satisfied with the restaurant, very good meal, very good service, excellent daily menu at a really reasonable price!! we were 8 people and everyone was satisfied, thank you and see you soon

24/10/2024: Restaurant which is closed even though it announces that it is open!! Nice for those who go there on foot!!!

21/09/2024: 45 min wait to get my order…. There are no crowds either, our neighbors ended up leaving. We should have taken the other bar, the service there seems faster
