15/07/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed. Completely unprofessional. We had a reservation, but the blonde waitress just told us, "Your name's on the table, figure it out yourself." She couldn't even seat us. Once we were seated, no one came to give us the menu; we had to ask for it. The dark-haired waitress seemed fed up with taking our order. We asked for the coals to be changed, and the result was a completely burnt shisha. The Red Bull was served in a can without a glass, despite our request. Every time we called the blonde waitress, she sent her colleague because she clearly didn't want to serve us. I also noticed that she was very nice to the men but haughty with the women. The customers next to us even had to call the waitresses for us because they were ignoring us so much. I used to go to this shisha lounge before, but today the service was disastrous. It's a real shame.

21/08/2026: Terrible service, incompetent and unpleasant barmaid with no respect for customers. It was much better before the new owners; the bar is empty, as evidenced by the fact! Avoid at all costs.

20/08/2026: A very good experience with excellent Fleischnackas, true to Alsatian tradition. The service was impeccable: the waitress was energetic, smiling, and very pleasant. However, the dining room is quite noisy (opt for the balcony). Prices are rather high. A good place for local cuisine.

05/09/2026: After a very disappointing experience at another Bureau location, specifically in Saint-Louis, we are all the more delighted to find the same quality and service we've come to expect here. Always a warm welcome, a smiling and professional team, top-notch service… and above all, burgers like these—frankly, it's hard to beat! 🍔😍 An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will continue to return with great pleasure!

08/08/2026: Very disappointed, I do not recommend it. I ordered a raclette pizza and an Andalouse pizza, and honestly, it's hard to justify the price for what you get. The raclette was practically devoid of raclette cheese and any bacon... even though these are literally the main ingredients. The Andalouse wasn't any better: barely a piece of bell pepper per slice and about five small pieces of chorizo ​​on the entire pizza. Both pizzas were so thin they were like sheets of paper, with extremely meager toppings. We're not asking for a pizza loaded with ingredients, but at the very least, we expect to find the advertised ingredients. And finally, beware of the prices: the price displayed on the truck is different from the one shown online. It's really unpleasant to discover a price difference when you go to order. At that price, I clearly expected much better. First and last time for me.

05/09/2026: I would have loved to share a photo of my meal... but we left without eating. It was Saturday night, but the restaurant was far from full. We arrived at 8 pm, ordered around 8:15 pm, and an hour later, still no food. Luckily, with two children, we did receive the children's menu we had ordered (but not the dessert or even the surprise!). Not even a gesture of goodwill for this disaster. We saw many other tables waiting a very long time for their food. I really don't recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a family meal or a place to eat without spending three hours there.

02/09/2026: We arrived at 7 pm and left at 8:45 pm (there were only two tables when we arrived). The dishes are very expensive for the ridiculously small portions, not to mention the poor quality. It's worth noting that there are no portion sizes listed on the menu, which would have helped me choose something other than a piece of beef the size of a small palm, very tough, and not even seasoned, for €22. (Too bad I don't have a photo to share). The salad had a dressing that I'm still trying to figure out. Our neighbor at the next table made the same comments as us regarding the size of the meat and the salad dressing. Let's talk about the desserts, which arrived after 15 minutes (a bit long for a 5-year-old). The state of my dessert left much to be desired (see photo), and the chocolate mousse, which is unlimited... well, we weren't likely to have seconds given how "delicious" it was. We won't be back anytime soon.

26/04/2026: Honestly, I received a very warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The baker is smiling, friendly, and incredibly kind, which is truly delightful. The shop is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The breads and pastries were delicious, carefully prepared, and of high quality. You can feel the professionalism and passion for the craft. An excellent place that I highly recommend; I will definitely return!

14/07/2026: The food is excellent, the portions are generous and delicious. The atmosphere was incredible, even on a game night when the restaurant was packed. Despite the crowds, the organization was top-notch and everything ran very smoothly. A big thank you also to Seda, who is a lovely, smiling, and very attentive waitress. I highly recommend it!

22/02/2026: Nothing like traditional Alsatian sauerkraut... All the meats are vacuum-cooked and cut to order! The cabbage is bland and doesn't taste like the meats cooked together at all. For €26 a plate, run away! You can find this kind of food in supermarkets! Very, very disappointed... This restaurant owner clearly lacks respect for all of Alsace and is apparently completely unscrupulous. My advice: keep walking, you'll certainly find better elsewhere. Have a good day everyone...
