21/09/2024: The last time I came there was no hostel!!! Now superb location: room with private terrace, outside bar with cigar corner, there is nothing to say except that for people with walking problems it would have been necessary to make a gentle slope from the car park instead of the 3 steps, a bit like going down to the pool via the terraces. I was afraid to say goodbye after an aperitif with my little friends. you have made a beautiful journey. I will be back soon. Trust her, she is a beauty that I will never forget

03/09/2024: Very nice surprise on the descent of the Monte Grosso trail where we were very well received for lunch despite our arrival at 2:00 p.m. We confirm that the homemade dishes offered are excellent, donuts, cheese, ice cream, soft chestnut cakes, a treat! Only one regret, not having been able to stay several days, a gap that we will try to fill as soon as possible! Many thanks.

20/08/2024: Une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, les burger et les croque monsieur sont excellent, et leur tiramisu à la châtaigne sont merveilleusement bon.

09/08/2024: Parenthèse enchantée au milieu des montagnes d’Asco. Nous avons passé un excellent repas grâce à une cuisine sans sophistication mais époustouflante de saveurs. Les lasagnes au fromage frais et à la nepita étaient divines. Les tartines délicieuses et la côte de veau très savoureuse. La diversité des tiramisus nous a fait tourner la tête pour finalement nous laisser sur un nuage de cédrat. Le service était au top, les paysages ravissants, la déco charmante et l’accueil extra ! Mention spéciale pour les toilettes.

08/09/2024: I had heard about this restaurant for a long time without ever having been there except on this day of September 8. The welcome was, like everything else, extraordinary. First of all, the place where the inn is located, almost deserted, lined with old chestnut trees with a breathtaking view of the valleys of this very beautiful Castagniccia. The boss, also a "chef" and alone in the kitchen, cooks "old-style" and "nustral" dishes that we tasted with passion. The service matches some “starred” ones. In conclusion everything was excellent without any surprises for the bill. To recommend. We will come back to taste other specialties. Thanks to Paul and his team.u7

28/08/2024: Super good Corsican cuisine in a great setting

17/07/2024: Venus boire oranges et citrons pressés, l'accueil a été surréaliste. La serveuse, pas bonjour, tourne les talons avant même qu'on ait fini notre commande. Elle lance à d'autres clients qui commandent qu'il faut qu'elle boive son café d'abord parce qu'elle n'est pas réveillée, il est 10h45, clope au bec. Elle claque les verres sur la table, pareil pour le sucre qu'on lui a demandé. On sent qu'on l'emm***de! Pas merci, pas au-revoir. Mon jus d'orange était acide et légèrement pétillant, je n'ai compris qu'après qu'il avait dû fermenter. J'appréhende les effets! Malgré tout on ne regrette pas d'être venus parce qu'on n'avait jamais vu un tel comportement, c'était proche du sketch!

08/10/2025: Incredibly friendly, warm, and humorous hosts; we felt at home from the very beginning. We had originally booked a double room, but were able to easily upgrade to a mobile home so we could cook our own meals. The mobile home was very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed, and the price was extremely fair. The location, right by the river and in front of the mountains, is also beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time. Highly recommended; we'll be back on our next trip to Corsica :)

12/09/2024: Residence very close to the road, discontinuous noise from cars, As for the apartment it is really in its juice, furniture more than vintage rusty gas stove good for the recycling center, toilet board at the end of its life, very approximate hygiene and nauseating smell of old in the apartment and in the furniture we had the impression of sleeping in a cellar we spent one night there not two! We left the price of the night on the table and the keys under the doormat. Area to avoid! The only positive point is access to the sea and the greenery of the place.

21/09/2024: This place was perfect as a break from the GR20. The staff was very friendly and treated my bad French with good humour. Room was clean and restaurant was outstanding.

19/09/2024: The room is a little old and dusty but the service was really very good, especially since I arrived late after my GR20 stage and I was taken care of very well. I also had a buffet breakfast which was great with a good choice of foods. Location-wise it’s a bit isolated.

10/08/2024: Beaucoup de plaisir encore cette saison de diner à I Salti. Carine garde son beau sourire et un accueil charmant et très professionnel, le service est magnifiquement effectuée par une jeune femme très sympathique et attentionnée. Quant à la cuisine :des plats gastronomiques savoureux et bien présentés. Ce restaurant reste pour moi la meilleure table de la région... et j'y retourne avec joie prochainement

13/06/2024: Die Michelin-Bewertung hat uns neugierig gemacht und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die umgebaute alte Olivenöl-Mühle bietet einen traumhaften Rahmen für ein köstliches Essen und wir haben das hervorragende Menü in der sehr freundlichen Atmosphäre wirklich genossen. Die Auswahl an erlesenen Weinen lässt zudem keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten bietet nur für relativ wenige Gäste Platz, es rentiert sich deshalb unbedingt zu reservieren.

09/08/2024: Super acceuil, les hôtes ont été présents et agréables Tout était très bon. Spécialement les tiramisus au nutella Très bon choix si vous passez par là!

09/08/2024: Hemos estado dos veces este verano, la primera pedimos hamburguesa y ensalada y la segunda pizzas y nuggets para los ninios. Todo sabroso con buenos precios. Buen servicio igualmente.
