We booked this table for our first wedding anniversary and were so delighted to be served by a lovely waitress named Yuzhen, who was both very professional and incredibly kind. 03/09/2026: We had a very pleasant evening here; everything was delicious. We received excellent recommendations. The terrace was the perfect temperature for enjoying time outdoors. I would mention one small drawback, which won't lower my overall rating. The initial welcome at the restaurant was a little disconcerting. We arrived 15 minutes early, and we knew it, so we mentioned it. The person who greeted us couldn't resist making gestures that clearly indicated it bothered them. They could have simply asked us to wait a bit, and we would have understood; we're quite easygoing, which is exactly what we did. Once we returned on time, the atmosphere was much more cheerful and welcoming. So, we were early, and that disrupted the service, I understand, but a gentler approach without any signs of irritation would have been much better. But as mentioned earlier, I won't lower my rating because of it; it wasn't a major issue.

25/08/2026: Incredible! We had a wonderful meal; the portions were very generous and excellent. The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly, and the tartiflette was superb. They don't skimp on the portions, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, with a touch of humor. We will definitely be back. And let's not forget the incredible view from the terrace!

04/09/2026: The atmosphere was spoiled by a customer who sat right next to us and talked on his phone for 30 minutes while eating, with the speakerphone on. Our complaint to the head waiter was poorly received.

23/08/2026: We had dinner at L’outa last Friday after a visit to Le Bélier. I was a little late and they were very understanding. We eat there regularly. The pizzas are excellent and the service impeccable! A must-try!

28/08/2026: Initially drawn in by their Savoyard escalope, we were immediately captivated by the charm of La Grolle, both inside and out. Arriving during the lunch rush, we saw our waiter running around to keep up with the pace between the dining room and the kitchen. Despite this intense rhythm, he remained incredibly attentive, caring, and always smiling. The Savoyard escalope and the cocktails were a pure delight. Completely charmed by the experience, we returned the next day to try the raclette: the same excellence on the plate and the same warm welcome. Special mention goes to the owner, whose kindness and politeness are so rare these days. A must-visit in La Clusaz for a delicious meal in a magnificent setting!
