31/03/2024: The food is very good, the dark-haired waitress is very nice. But on the other hand the blonde who I assume is the boss, she creates a bad atmosphere in the restaurant and does not hesitate to speak badly to her employees in front of customers.

24/03/2024: A little more joy and good humor would have complemented the rest of the stars. It's a shame to look sad for two young girls. It seems like the season was long and trying. As for the meal, it was excellent!

02/04/2024: Unforgettable stay in this superb hotel at the foot of the slopes. The architecture blends perfectly into this idyllic mountain setting. Panoramic terrace, breakfast without too many products but complete, with very good local products! You can enjoy it by the fire as there is a sublime fireplace in the breakfast room. Just like in the restaurant, which makes the place very welcoming! Great bartenders who concocted very original and quality cocktails for us. The prestige rooms are magnificent! Large terrace, large closets, bathroom with bathtub plus shower with very good amenities. The hotel is modern while remaining in a very warm mountain theme. The sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and indoor outdoor swimming pool area is perfect. Everything is in the same place so very practical! The swimming pool is certainly a little cold, but for the sake of ecology we can only understand and it is invigorating after a sauna or hammam session. The team is great, the maids always at our service! The hotel is dog-friendly, a big positive point for us! The manager is close to his customers and attentive, which is rare in 4-star hotels… Ski shop within the hotel, very practical! I couldn't have made it any shorter, as this hotel charmed us and made us loyal for life! We will definitely come back next winter! Thanks everyone! Claire-Marine, Guillaume & Jiji

17/04/2024: In less than a year, we have been to this restaurant located in the old town of Briançon three times. Locals for 5 years, for me it is the best restaurant in the city. Between the quality of the dishes, the quantity offered and the value for money, it is faultless. The chef is generous at all levels and each evening spent in this restaurant was a wonderful invitation to taste discovery. An amber pleasure!

28/03/2024: We come to Chazal every year impatiently to end the winter season. It’s always a huge pleasure from start to finish. The service is attentive. Nice selection of wine. And a menu always of high quality with noble products: langoustines, foie gras, lobster, scallops… With a very reasonable price! The plates are magnificent and plentiful. And a special mention for the famous Grand Marnier soufflé, a gem! Congratulations to the whole team for this flawless performance!

01/10/2023: A truly original culinary experience, a very well-balanced blend of flavors. A nice wine list, a pleasant welcome with a boss present but not in a hurry. Only downside: no children's menu, you should know that. Allow around €90/person with the aperitif, wine, and all the menu items.

17/03/2024: Don't trust the storefront. Once you have set foot in the establishment, you will be charmed by the place, the welcome, the dishes and the homemade desserts. Perfect, if you have young children, the perfect service 👍. Special mention for the black forest! We loved it, much better than the restaurants at the bottom of the slopes. See you next year !
