01/03/2026: An eventful evening at Quincaillerie Générale in Montrouge. I wanted to share my experience from last night. We had booked a table for 9:30 pm with friends, eager to see what was on the menu. Between chatting and ordering a nice bottle of wine, time flew by... and a wonderful surprise spiced things up: a friend who had just arrived from Corsica joined us at 11:10 pm! ✈️ The only slight hitch: In our excitement, we lost track of time, and when we went to order our food, the kitchen had just closed for service. A brief moment of panic, as we were really looking forward to dinner! 😅 The gesture that made all the difference: The manager was very understanding. After checking in with her team, she came back to offer us an alternative: a generous cheese platter (since the hot food service was finished). But what really touched us was her gesture of goodwill: she offered us our bottle of Chablis to make up for our disappointment. 🍷✨ In short: Even though I was left wanting more because I would have loved to try their signature dishes, I want to commend the professionalism and kindness of the manager. Such a warm welcome makes you want to come back! We'll definitely be back to try the menu; we'll gladly return (and order a little earlier next time!).

26/02/2026: We loved everything about this place! The service was spot on and super quick - the lady waitress was very friendly even though the place was busy. The food was incredible, great quality and taste!

11/02/2026: What a delightful surprise! We were looking for a bistro-style restaurant for a business lunch (the flavors and service of a fine-dining establishment at bistro prices?) and we were thrilled. The service was very welcoming, the menus were clear, and there were varied and tempting options for everyone, along with clever wines by the glass. And then, the dishes were beautifully presented, and beyond the artful presentation, the taste was exceptional, including the desserts, which we couldn't resist. We will gladly return!

18/01/2026: We've been coming since it opened and it's simply the best bar in town!! The prices are super affordable, the staff are lovely, and the quality is top-notch. Honestly, go for it!!!

11/01/2026: Excellent restaurant. The new owners are very welcoming. The food is very good, and the portions are generous. Very good value for money. We will definitely be back!

06/12/2025: A typical French bistro with a fantastic and very original decor. Small but high-quality menu. The staff is very welcoming and family-like.

13/11/2025: Unfortunately, there's little to evaluate because the opening hours listed on Google aren't reliable. I walked quite a bit to get there and then found it closed.

16/03/2026: Polite fast service. Delicious crepes.

12/03/2026: If you can avoid this café, do so. Refusing my card for just two coffees is already unacceptable, but the worst part was when I paid with a €5 note. The person kept the change without saying a word, and I had to ask for it back. I also ordered an Orangina, and they replied, "I have Fanta, it's the same thing." In short, if you have a choice, go elsewhere.
