25/02/2026: A very welcoming place, the outdoor courtyard is lovely, tastefully decorated, the waitress very efficient, the dishes beautifully presented, refined, generous, perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, not too heavy and well-balanced. Not a single flaw from appetizer to dessert. A real treat, we had a wonderful time. Excellent value for money, everything is undoubtedly homemade, and even the bread is fresh, which is increasingly rare. Thank you for this experience.

27/01/2026: A highly recommended restaurant. Modern and delicious cuisine. The chef and his sous-chef are always attentive and eager to explore new culinary experiences. I recommend the duck carpaccio and the beef tartare – a true delight for the taste buds. Many thanks to the entire team.

09/03/2026: Fantastic welcome, the staff are incredibly attentive, and the receptionist is always smiling. There's a great atmosphere on weekends with music and a variety of entertainment, as well as meals worthy of a casino. As for the slot machines, they're rare, but they're fun, and the payout rate is reasonable, unlike many other casinos in the area! Even though it's a bit of a drive, we'll gladly return regularly.

21/02/2026: A small, secluded restaurant with a view of the pond. Fresh shellfish and oysters from the family farm. Everything is homemade, and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

17/02/2026: A warm, simple, and efficient welcome; the service was impeccable. The oysters and stuffed mussels with a delicious sauce, accompanied by a few spaghetti, were on par with some restaurants that call themselves gourmet. I will be back...

15/10/2025: It was surprisingly good! We were on our bikes and stopped for a snack. At first we were hesitant, but then we wanted to try it. There's even an outdoor restroom, and the seating is very comfortable. We received a very friendly welcome. The guests here also greet each other! We even got a small snack to try! Everything is freshly made and delicious! At one point, we were even asked if we wanted some water. We definitely recommend Chez Solo. The fries were excellent and another highlight. Thank you for the great service!

13/11/2025: A family-run restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside, but where the welcome is incredibly warm. The portions are generous, the flank steak was excellent (I arrived too late for the paella, which looked very appetizing and plentiful). From the mother at the counter and with dessert, to the father in the kitchen, and the sons serving, everyone is incredibly attentive. I'll definitely be back for next year. Have a great holiday, see you next year!

01/11/2025: We ate there several times during our treatment. Each time we ordered the daily special. The portions were generous and delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming. It's best to make a reservation.

18/02/2026: Fantastic hotel! Excellent stay as a couple. The staff were incredibly kind, whether on the floors, at reception, in the restaurant, or at the spa. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful. The perfect heated pool, kept at 32 degrees Celsius and open for extended hours, was truly wonderful. The hotel is 100 meters from the Thau Lagoon and 15 minutes from the city center. However, to get to Sète, you need to take a car or the bus (the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away). In short, everything was absolutely perfect, and we definitely plan to return soon.

18/02/2026: Ibis Balaruc-les-Bains = perfect! Spotless rooms, fantastic welcome, delicious breakfast, and very close to the thermal baths. We left with a smile 😍

16/02/2026: We had dinner Sunday evening, not many people, which is normal for this time of year. The fish soup was tasteless, the fish was poor quality and cold, and the side dishes were uninteresting. Dessert was nonexistent. The setting is beautiful, but the food is not up to par.
