14/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The restaurant's decor has been carefully curated for 40 years thanks to the passion of the owner, Jacquot, who has been collecting antiques for years. The food is excellent, homemade, and the presentation of the dishes is also very well done. The choice of background music is also excellent. The couple who run the restaurant are incredibly friendly, kind, and open, always ready to share anecdotes about the restaurant and the different dishes. The after-dinner drinks are also homemade and very tasty. Everything is done to ensure your comfort, so it's easy to say that we will return with great pleasure. Thank you so much to Jacquot and Roya! For those lucky enough to go, remember to bring cash as they don't accept credit cards.

What a surprise it was when we sat down at this restaurant! The setting, the quality of the ingredients, the flavors, the value for money, the staff, the professionalism, and best of all, the chef! 23/09/2026: Ooh la la! This one popped up on the the 'good places to eat' radar and we decided to give it a wiggle. Glad we did! Charming location in the old town, atmospheric old world venue, welcoming staff, interesting menu, local wines, great food, great value - got it all really! Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

26/09/2026: An intimate, understated yet elegant setting. Charming and attentive staff. Each dish is an explosion of flavor, a delightful combination of crispness, texture, and tenderness. Every dish is a feast for the eyes before it's even tasted. A true delight!

24/09/2026: What an experience!!! Our first Michelin-starred restaurant, and quite a remarkable one at that. It was a superb evening, from beginning to end, everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the exceptional menu. A huge thank you to Thomas, our head sommelier, who took such good care of us and offered excellent advice throughout the evening. The entire team was fantastic as well. We'll definitely be back! 11/07/2026: The best Brunch around, I recommend the GOAT. The coffee is very good and they have all type of vegetable milk options. Best chai latte around too. I have worked, eaten and drank at any time on any day and I really think Groove is one of my favorites spots on Port Marianne. Heads up to Louise , Nicholas and the crew 🙌

14/09/2026: Part of the restaurant was reserved for a group of 30 people, with one side being the dining room and the other the terrace. The owner and servers were incredibly friendly. The food was excellent. In short, nothing but positives.

05/08/2026: A really excellent but not pretentious restaurant. The wait staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable about all of the food and wine on the menu. Food came quickly and was delicious (as well as filling, which is unusual for high-end dining). If you are going for two courses, we’d recommend the main and dessert, but getting all three for €4 extra is a no brainer. We would definitely revisit if ever in Montpellier again!

05/08/2026: A wonderful find in old Montpellier. The cuisine is very sophisticated, especially considering the chef works alone in the kitchen. A real delight at an affordable price in a charming street. Highly recommended!

12/08/2026: Excellent meal, an original salad with very fresh ingredients, superb homemade lemonade, and a truly divine dessert (red berry and black sesame tiramisu). The service was quick and very friendly, on a quiet, shaded street. You won't regret it!

11/08/2026: The salmon tartine was no longer on the menu, as it had been so popular. I can therefore be certain of the freshness of the ingredients and that they are not frozen. Inside, the dining area is small and nicely decorated. I don't like the outside because of the proximity of a large wall. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I recommend their tartines. Mine cost €13 and was delicious, in addition to being quite original. I was in a hurry, and it was served quickly. I also had a bulgur salad on my plate, if I'm not mistaken. This place, near Place de la Comédie, is quiet. I finally came back; I loved my two French toasts, one savory and the other sweet.
