A gastronomic experience that will appeal to connoisseurs and amateurs alike. 05/07/2025: Exceptional! It was delicious, a wonderful surprise. Fresh, locally sourced produce. A unique 6-course menu, each one as delicious as the next! Cooking before your eyes. Top-notch service, approachable chef! Superb location, superb view (see photo). Highly recommended!

26/06/2025: The meal was a true taste experience; there was a surprise menu with six courses for 80 euros. Each course was fantastic, with wonderful flavors. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the service. We were assigned a table in the sun. Since my companion is allergic to the sun, we politely asked if we could have one of the tables in the shade. This was refused in a rather rude tone. All tables were reserved, and swapping was impossible. (I believe tables are assigned in the order in which reservations are received.) Besides, the sun would be gone in about 20 minutes anyway. If that didn't suit us at all, we could also have one of the two tables in the (stuffy) interior. We waited the next 20 minutes inside and then suddenly got another table with more shade. However, the atmosphere was ruined by the very rude behavior of the manager (?), and we no longer felt comfortable – and somehow, atmosphere and friendly service are also part of a successful evening. The second server was also very helpful and friendly.

After an appreciable starter, big disappointment with the soufflé tart, more burnt than soufflé as well as the candied clementine dessert which is only candied in name..... too bad! The salmon dish was good. Perhaps better reviews on the breakfast part with cakes and cookies than the restaurant part.

01/07/2025: We had lunch on the terrace along the Royal Canal, well protected from the sun with a breeze to cool us down. We enjoyed the oysters from the Thau lagoon and the sardines in escabeche served as the daily special, both generous and excellent, all washed down with a chilled Picpoul and a little municipal water.

Mojito very good, tapas a delight, the meats were tender (duck breast and tender steak perfect!!), fragrant...the home fries don't taste like oil! Everything was perfect thank you! Top service, staff Courteous at the end of the season is rare! Thank you for this moment appreciated by three customers this afternoon!

08/12/2024: What a pity! Top concept👍🏼, service👍🏼👍🏼. On the other hand, the sirloin (if you are a meat lover like me), not GREAT. The origin is not indicated, on the European Union, and the race? For me, dairy, not a meat breed. As a result, meat is tough and not tasty. And please, when we make fresh fries, do not reheat them in the oven or the salamander... It's shameful... VERY VERY BIG disappointment for this place which seemed good to us... 😭. I wouldn't eat here on my next trip.. Returned this Friday 12/2024, my god, forced to finish without having dessert because the smoke in the back room was stinging our eyes. As a result, clothes that smelled too strongly of smoke when going out. On the other hand, meat and fries: OK

28/11/2024: Very good address! The meat is fresh, presented at the counter and grilled over wood in front of us. I had the prawns, delicious as well as the vegetable side dish. Homemade desserts, crème brûlée 😊 Very good value for money.

The welcome is warm and friendly. We had a great time and will not hesitate to come back when we visit Sète again 😊.
