The cuisine is tasty and airy, fantastic in short.
We were very well received by the team who took great care throughout our visit. Particularly by the passionate sommelier who took the time to share his knowledge with us on the different digestives at the end of a meal.
Special mention to the appetizers and small sweets at the end of the meal.
To be redone (redone in 2024)

26/08/2024: A culinary experience not to be missed! We had a great time in this restaurant. The cuisine is creative, refined, delicate, surprising... Enhanced by a very judicious food and wine pairing. The service was very pleasant, the restaurant very elegant... We will come back with great pleasure!
Only downside: the limited choice of non-alcoholic drinks. Apart from this point, perfect!!
23/08/2024: Very bad reception. For arriving 10 minutes late (almost impossible mission to park in Sete in summer despite our early departure) the chef refused to take us but also refused to reimburse us in full for the meals already paid for online. He accused us of being among those who are asking questions and causing problems for restaurateurs (all for being 10 minutes late). After much negotiation we ended up being able to eat a menu adapted so that it was shorter to serve, and we finished at exactly the same time as the other customers. All that for that! A romantic birthday date well wasted, despite the very good quality of the dishes.

25/09/2024: Adresse à retenir. Nous avons mangé une choucroute de ma mer tout simplement excellente. Plat aussi généreux que le chef. Bien sûr pensez à commander avant. La serveuse est charmante, gracieuse et bonne conseillère pour le vin. Nous avons adoré.

We walked by it several times going into town and it always made us look at the menu due to its location and impressively spotless and well presented tables and decor.
Tye service was great, felt very welcome, helpful with the menu description as much as they could and the food well.
Pictures sometimes speak louder than words.
The calamari starter was gorgeous, beautiful batter and aioli and the piece de resistance the main courses.
Gilt headed sea bream for one and a Setoise specialite called seafoodvl setoise.
We were in seafood heaven.
Do not miss this restaurant during your visit.

26/09/2024: A wonderful dining experience in the back streets of Sète. We sat in the charming courtyard behind the restaurant. The food, wine and service were all outstanding. The portion sizes are perfect.

Seiche servi avec risotto qui n’en est pas un
Le dessert sorbet pêche avec soupe de basilic insipide aucun goût
Mon mari avait commandé la tarte de l’ardoise aux mirabelles on lui a servi une tarte aux figues.
Propreté des sols et des toilettes laisse à désirer.
Dommage le patio est agréable

19/08/2024: Very warm welcome, a pleasant spacious room, nice decor and clean.
A copious and varied breakfast with the possibility of having it in the dining room or on the terrace facing the sea but also the possibility of preparing a tray in the room, the choice is free.
Provision of a small space free of charge all day/evening for customers: coffee, herbal tea, tea, chocolate, cakes, much appreciated.
A great discovery, really deserves an extra star!
18/08/2024: Hotel which deserves an extra star, already the welcome and the smile and the kindness of Camille and Estelle, both sweethearts, always a little word and good advice for restaurants, the hotel is very clean, moreover the The maintenance team is lovely too. Nothing is missing in the rooms, everything is there. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh. Thank you again for your kindness.

apparently according to the reviews the restaurant would be pleasant refined and good value for money, unfortunately I could not leave a comment in this sense, we have been trying to book for a few days and we are told that we must call back, too bad we are therefore leaving for Frontignan O Loup Thau Quai beach.
21/09/2024: At the very end of the quay, facing the Moche fish market, a rather Mondino-style place which has managed to find a nice balance around a maritime directory handled with skill and a very accessible lunch menu. Impeccable seafood, sometimes original fish, desserts of a not unpleasant banality. The cellar is of the same quality and the service is doing well even if that day we were a little forgotten..

25/09/2024: Food too greasy, glass with traces, sirloin without any taste with a sole texture, frozen fries. The waitress is very pleasant. This is the only positive point of this snack with restaurant prices
