25/09/2024: We discovered this restaurant yesterday to meet the staff as well as the manager who will welcome our son for his 3rd year internship and we were pleasantly welcomed, the atmosphere is friendly, the setting is magnificent and the dishes are great. Thank you very much for your welcome Mathias is very impatient to come and join you!

The welcome was a bit curt. And for my beer tasting, we were confused when it was poured. Make everyone feel like oh no one. Even the tables next to us were confused.
For the food, we had a savory crepe.

A truly enjoyable time in a beautiful setting.
31/10/2025: I enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the salmon tartare completely won me over – so why only 4 stars? It's the wine (in my case, the Rouilly Gris) that's too expensive for my taste. A shame, it could have been a perfect evening...

Untrained staff, terrible reception
We were delayed at 12:30 p.m. while other families 2 minutes after us were seated without reservation and also for lunch. Obviously this family didn't look like us, so I'll let you guess why and how, it's despicable. It's a shame.
27/11/2024: A real tavern atmosphere on Sundays, a Parisian bar in the morning, tasteful cuisine, well presented and as local as possible.
A service with a smile for young people to accompany the concerts all summer long.
The sunsets on the terrace on the lake, we would form daily habits there without worries.

30/08/2024: Brewery discovered by chance during our visit to Châteauroux. Lunch on the terrace by the fountain, very pleasant in this heat. We ate very well. The salads are plentiful, the one I had was just a starter (possibility of having it as a main course). Very warm welcome. Pleasant and friendly staff. Good value for money.
29/08/2024: I had lunch there several times, it was qualitative, fast and efficient service, as a regular I can attest that the staff is very friendly😉. I highly recommend.

03/09/2024: Dried products, probably not from the big day and very limited quality. Very dirty interior, I have rarely seen that. Butts on the ground, tiles sticking to your feet, the pigeons come in and feast, there's something to be desired. First visit and last for me.
21/08/2024: I'm leaving work, I stop to buy a batch of baguettes because I have people that same evening when we go to the table the bread is not edible it would have looked like bread the day before we couldn't eat it

26/09/2024: Nous y avons dejeuné un jour de pluie et de passage à Chateauroux. Plats copieux et savoureux aussi nous avons calé sur le dessert. Tout est parfait : l’accueil, la deco. Seul bémol, les tables sont trop serrées on manque vraiment de place et l’on doit malgré nous entendre les conversations des voisins. Mais malgré ce désagrément, ce restaurant vaut la peine d’une visite.
12/09/2024: Pas emballé ! J’avais pris un filet mignon, j’ai été très déçu. Quantité et qualité pas au rendez vous pour ce plat.
En revanche le dessert, un flan banane chocolat était correct.
Je ne récompenserai pas ce restaurant.
Déçu !!!
