The service was truly delightful: the waitresses were smiling and attentive, and we received a very warm welcome upon arrival. We enjoyed the lovely setting on the terrace, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, everything was excellent from start to finish. From the appetizers to the desserts, the dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented—a real treat. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

28/04/2026: We stayed 3 nights at La Ressource during our family visit to Beauval Zoo. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, in a quiet location. The breakfasts were excellent, generous, with homemade brioche and delicious jams. The owners gave us a warm welcome. We highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for a pleasant stay. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

25/01/2026: Okay, let's go for a perfect score for an evening with four guests. The Valençay wine wasn't bad, and the set menus were hearty, priced at €29.50 and €38.50 respectively. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but the decor and the terrace are worth a visit...

However, being the last to arrive, we didn't receive the proper quantity of each ingredient (the red mullet fillet was reduced to a tiny finger, and the curved white presentation plate became a bland, flat red plate). We also savored the experience with our eyes.

19/05/2026: Don't judge a book by its cover... Small but very friendly. Don't be fooled by appearances; the welcome is very warm, the food is simple but effective and very good, with generous portions. Public parking is about 10 meters away, including accessible spaces. I highly recommend it.
