The gourmet coffee is especially exceptional 👍
27/12/2025: Leaving Les Halles, a little disappointed by the friendliness of the shopkeepers, we wandered through the side streets and stumbled upon "Le Valmont," a very nice place with pleasant, laid-back staff. The portions were generous and the service was quick. We had a very good meal.

Very disappointing.
The wait time was 45 minutes per course, but that wasn't the worst part.
The dishes were bland and lacked seasoning.
The prices were very high for what they were.
Frankly, the only truly interesting thing was the wine list.
And the service was good despite the 45-minute wait.

27/01/2026: Goodbye! We wandered in at random and were quickly shown to a table of our choice. The menu was very well explained, which is why we opted for the very generous veal lasagna followed by a giant cream puff with Champagne. All this was accompanied by a glass of Pellehaut and a good Alsatian beer, Wendelinus, recommended by one of the waiters. We will definitely be back.

Reception is available 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The bedding is comfortable.
However, the rooms are very small and outdated, as are the bathrooms; they could use a good renovation. The bedroom windows are old, which is noticeable in terms of both wind and noise.
No parking.

It no longer has anything to do with the Babeth of old, except sangria.
Belly with disgusting batrone, the mussels very small and not a la plancha, the squid too salty, the camemberts replaced the melted camembert what a shame, plate of ham good but the toasted bread with the same sauce nothing to do with the tomato sauce.
And the mac Caïn potato slices with ready-made sauce.
I think we need to do an internship to get back up to speed. And the music is a shame that it's not Spanish.
The waitress lacks dynamism...
