As for the dishes served, they were tastefully presented and unparalleled in flavor. In conclusion, if you want to spend an evening "out of time," stop by Le Déjeuner de Souceyrac.

15/01/2026: Good evening, We stayed at the estate for New Year's Eve. It's a place outside of time and hustle and bustle, wonderful and relaxing. The meal was of exceptional quality, prepared with unconditional respect and love for the ingredients. Everything is done to enhance the quality of the ingredients in the dishes and the products available for purchase on-site. We were treated to a very welcoming family who readily share their knowledge and who truly love, with great respect, the nature that surrounds them! Thank you for your kindness and for sharing your home with us! We hope to return soon, perhaps in the spring to see the wildflowers!

The setting is exceptional. The dining room is enhanced by an impressive collection of works by Jean Lurçat. As for the wine cellar, we had the pleasure of discovering an absolutely delicious red wine. A must-visit.
