Exceptionally creative and tasty cuisine, fresh and well presented products, generous quantities...all this for an unbeatable quality/price ratio. The service is friendly and warm. We absolutely recommend.

03/08/2024: Leaving for the holidays we spent one night in the ibis hotel and had dinner in this restaurant. The director, Valeria, alone provided the service with professionalism and above all with great sympathy. The bar boy was charming too. The young chef who cooked was apparently temporary and we had a blast! I have never eaten such a good beef tartare cut with a knife! The bluefin tuna starter was also excellent. The welcome is wonderful and the receptionist is super friendly! I recommend +++ this step! Hoping that the chef will still be in place when we next visit

12/03/2024: I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, for this part nothing to say everything was perfect, The lady at reception (super nice young lady! Thank you) We were a group the next day and ate at the restaurant the dish of the day was more than average and the waiter was extremely unpleasant! Following an error when ordering he was very haughty! One of his colleagues also the next morning! An error in the collection, the team not being the same noon and evening we had to wait until the next day, if we had left the same evening we would not have been reimbursed... (very nice evening team on the contrary ) we had a drink in the evening Too bad the place has potential but some of the staff should rethink their respect! I will not return to this hotel…

15/09/2024: Disappointed with the experience: - waiting too long between dishes - no sommelier - tables are shared with other customers. It's not at all what I was looking for.

31/08/2024: Nhome was one of the worst fine dining experiences of my life. The food and service were equally terrible and food lowlights included a sauce that both split curdled sauce (impressive); filled zucchini flowers that were worse than the local Italian restaurant; a dish that was so overpowering with gin that every person around the table gagged and couldn't finish it (the feedback was also given to the staff by another guest at the very beginning of the meal and I proceeded to see every single person still go through exactly the same pain); and a complete lack of care for modifying the menu for my pregnant wife. From a service perspective I’ve never been to a fine dining restaurant where I’ve been forced to serve my own water - in fact if I go to the local Italian they tend to serve me more than I serve myself. I watched 2 waiters standing there watching me pour my water like it’s completely normal. They didn’t have a single non-alcoholic offering besides soft drinks - my pregnant wife would love to have a coke with a Michelin star meal in their eyes apparently. One of the servers also had the worst body odour - every time he dropped off a dish I could not smell it over his scent - whilst the sommelier did nothing to hide his cigarette breath as he stood over me explaining the wine. The unique thing about the restaurant is the layout is a single square table, with every person able to see each others reactions; I’m sure this works wonderfully when the experience is actually good, however when you have an entire table of customers all having an equally bad time the disappointment spreads around the table and further ruins the experience.

31/10/2024: A good discovery with a hearty and excellent dish of the day: finger foods with fries or rice. Varied desserts. Recommended!

11/08/2024: Beautiful guest house with large rooms and well located a few minutes from the center of Nancy. Perfect welcome and good breakfast. A little noisy because it's an old house but so charming.

26/05/2024: I booked a room with 2 separate beds on the guest house website for €149 + €15 twin, I was allocated the Ebène room. On arrival the lady told us that it was another room because she had had a cancellation and a new reservation and that she had re-allocated the rooms differently. We had the Tilleul room on the 2nd floor, but she was not aware that I had requested a twin on her site! Not very professional and she then told me that she had to make the change alone and that it was complicated. The bathroom opens onto the bedroom (I shared the room with my mother), a curtain would have been enough. No hair dryer, no spoons to stir your coffee, too much light in the morning. Breakfast was good, but the hard-boiled egg I requested was undercooked. The jam tasted weird. With parking the bill was €174, too expensive for this guest room. 120€ max would have been ok.

28/07/2024: Flee this bakery, since the takeover by BUSSELOT, everything has become catastrophic. I went there on Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m., there were 3 baguettes on the shelf, dry pastries and faded pastries. The pains au chocolat that I had are super salty and dry. It no longer has anything to do with the old bakery which was excellent. Too bad for this neighborhood

27/07/2024: Nothing more to do with the old management... we have given the chance several times since the change of ownership but ultimately the duration does not seem to be doing its job. No more bread, no more pastries at 9:30 in the morning... nothing heating in the ovens... three pieces of flan fighting a duel to try to fill a more than empty window... Waitresses who are deprived of not being able to offer products to customers... What a shame, it's deplorable. Looking forward to a change of ownership…

26/08/2024: Very nice bar under the arcades next to the Pont à Mousson town hall. Pleasant and smiling staff. Quality aperitif board ordered and served. I recommend. Possibility of parking in front of it when you are on a motorbike, very practical!

27/12/2024: With a manager like that, the store is headed for ruin. I went there for my Christmas presents, it’s an aberration to treat your customers like this. Plus, didn’t know anything about wine… I would now go to rue des dominicains…

20/08/2024: Rien d'exceptionnel.. Quelle deception apres avoir lu les avis! Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas à la hauteur..une tartelette abricot à 4.20e de cette taille , sans aucun travail patissier ni finesse..

30/04/2024: So this is the first time I've been served a pizza without cheese, I'm posting a photo because it's still memorable, first and last experience there Obviously when we brought back the pizza nothing shocked the “pizzaiolo” who maintained that she had put cheese (I think she put it on the side) I was entitled to a refund because the oven was off.. too bad for my stomach ^^ I still give a star for the smile!

02/06/2024: Accueil sympathique, repas toujours excellents, bons vins du Maghreb. Le couscous méchoui vaut le détour ! Les tajines sont aussi très bien. Une terrasse sympa.

24/09/2024: I came to Alex's table because the rating currently displayed is 4.4/5. I think it's been a while since Alex has had lunch at his own table. €17.90 (without drinks) for a starter of two slices of industrial country pâté followed by a main course of two slices of roast pork that tasted like they were boiled in water, topped with a crème fraîche sauce and homemade fries. With a questionable taste regarding the freshness of the product (unpleasant taste of the sauce or the meat), I settled the bill, leaving a plate almost untouched. No questions from the staff; perhaps they're used to seeing customers leave like this. Hoping not to get sick from the sample I ingested.

01/09/2024: A fresh minced steak, homemade fries, salad and pineapple and rum tiramisu for €13.90: it's unbeatable, especially when it's good! 😋
