29/10/2024: Fabuleux ! Tout est parfait : cadre,accueil, cuisine.... Un grand moment de gastronomie, une cuisine haute en saveurs et qui respecte les produits.

23/10/2024: Tout d'abord, mettons en avant les immenses qualités de cet établissement : - le décor : magnifique chateau très bien rénové avec une partie hotel de luxe, un immense parc au bord de l'eau, une belle piscine - la qualité des mets servis : dressage, associations, textures, saveurs, tout y est pour mériter dans l'assiette le macaron michelin de l'établissement. Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés. - l'excellent accueil de l'ensemble du personnel avenant et souriant C'était la première fois dans cet établissement mais nous allons régulièrement dans des établissements gastronomiques. Malheureusement, ces qualités ont été malmenées par des détails extrêmement dérangeants et surtout indignes d'une table étoilée : - un plat a été servi à table sans que le précédent ait été déservi...du jamais vu pour un étoilé : serveur dépassé ? - une serviette traînait sous notre table : oubli d'avant ? pas de vérification avant que les invités n'arrivent ? - la manière de jeter le pain dans les panières, certes avec des gants mais celà n'est pas très usuel et pas très esthétique pour une grande table - une longue attente vu le nombre de plats servis : après une remarque sur le sujet, nous avons finalement reçu à la hâte les pré desserts et les desserts en meme temps ! Ce qui caractérise aussi une grande table, c'est la continuité dans l'enchainement des plats.

Monsieur allows himself to laugh out loud from his kitchen when a remark from us comes to his attention... In addition, it is mentioned "Dorade Royale" on the menu, so I expect to receive this famous fish whole, translation: 2 fillets. But to my surprise, only one small fillet on the plate. I would therefore like to kindly make this remark to Madame when going to checkout to avoid any confusion during future orders from future customers... Monsieur hears and replies that he has been working like this for 20 years and that in any case I won't be able to eat a whole Sea Bream, and in an arrogant tone, turning his back on me and returning to his kitchen, he tells me that he will think about it for next year. Understood "I'm crazy" you will have understood... Rude character, know that if you have been ripping off your customers for 20 years by only serving half of the dishes offered on the menu, then take note that we will no longer return to your restaurant. Even if I found my dish good despite everything... Your attitude was completely stupid and disrespectful. You would do well to question yourself a little.

17/08/2024: Endroit charmant, nous avons déjeuné à quatre amis. Un régal du début à la fin ! Accueil parfait, le chef est très sympa. Le risotto nous a laissé sur un nuage !

25/06/2024: An excellent establishment. I noticed that there has been a change of ownership. I find it a shame the place was much friendlier with the former owner, plus there was a free wifi point. Those who do not have the place with the new owner are also not very pleasant to the former owner's counterparts. A lack and an atmosphere that is no longer pleasant. (too bad success for the new owner) 🥳🤔

14/07/2024: Très bon accueil, planche à partager en entrée largement pour 3,4 personnes. Très bon accueil. Service rapide et très professionnel. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bonne adresse.

02/06/2024: Bel endroit, petite terrasse, bonne cuisine, personnel très souriant et réactif. Nous avons passé un agréable moment.

10/05/2024: retour 30 ans dans le passé. A part les nappes, il me semble que peu de choses ont changé. Salle de taille moyenne, décor campagnard (mais plus de nappes à carreaux rouge et blanc), serveur habillés à l'ancienne et menus typique alsacien ou lorrain voire un peu savoyard. Nous avons été rapidement installés, les cartes nous ont été aussitôt données et, après un court laps d'attente, nous avons pu commander un apéritif. Nous avons fait nos choix et, assez rapidement, nos plats nous ont été servis. C'est copieux presque trop ou bien très bien pour gros appétit. J'en avais gardé un bon souvenir et je n'ai pas été déçu.

Exceptionally creative and tasty cuisine, fresh and well presented products, generous quantities...all this for an unbeatable quality/price ratio. The service is friendly and warm. We absolutely recommend.

03/08/2024: Leaving for the holidays we spent one night in the ibis hotel and had dinner in this restaurant. The director, Valeria, alone provided the service with professionalism and above all with great sympathy. The bar boy was charming too. The young chef who cooked was apparently temporary and we had a blast! I have never eaten such a good beef tartare cut with a knife! The bluefin tuna starter was also excellent. The welcome is wonderful and the receptionist is super friendly! I recommend +++ this step! Hoping that the chef will still be in place when we next visit

12/03/2024: I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, for this part nothing to say everything was perfect, The lady at reception (super nice young lady! Thank you) We were a group the next day and ate at the restaurant the dish of the day was more than average and the waiter was extremely unpleasant! Following an error when ordering he was very haughty! One of his colleagues also the next morning! An error in the collection, the team not being the same noon and evening we had to wait until the next day, if we had left the same evening we would not have been reimbursed... (very nice evening team on the contrary ) we had a drink in the evening Too bad the place has potential but some of the staff should rethink their respect! I will not return to this hotel…

11/08/2024: Beautiful guest house with large rooms and well located a few minutes from the center of Nancy. Perfect welcome and good breakfast. A little noisy because it's an old house but so charming.

26/05/2024: I booked a room with 2 separate beds on the guest house website for €149 + €15 twin, I was allocated the Ebène room. On arrival the lady told us that it was another room because she had had a cancellation and a new reservation and that she had re-allocated the rooms differently. We had the Tilleul room on the 2nd floor, but she was not aware that I had requested a twin on her site! Not very professional and she then told me that she had to make the change alone and that it was complicated. The bathroom opens onto the bedroom (I shared the room with my mother), a curtain would have been enough. No hair dryer, no spoons to stir your coffee, too much light in the morning. Breakfast was good, but the hard-boiled egg I requested was undercooked. The jam tasted weird. With parking the bill was €174, too expensive for this guest room. 120€ max would have been ok.
