26/08/2026: We've found our new go-to spot! 😊 It's been a long time since we've had such a great time. Being the foodies we are, we fell in love with this restaurant. We arrived, were greeted with a smile, and at our table, the young waiter knew his menu inside and out. In the kitchen, the women were expertly cooking everything perfectly, with no unpleasant surprises. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients. Over at the wine cellar, the other guy in shorts was doing a fantastic job. With a touch of humor, he'll take you off the beaten path, and you'll leave feeling completely won over. The bar staff were all smiles too; everyone was cheerful, joking around, and we felt right at home, all within a tasteful decor. In short, it was flawless. We loved it, we loved it, and we'll love it again. 😉 Thank you all for this wonderful evening. P.S. Passionate, precise, attentive, and deeply committed to his craft, he shares his world with simplicity, without ever overdoing it. You can tell he's not just trying to sell a bottle, but genuinely wanting to share his knowledge, offer advice, and help others discover new things. His professionalism is reassuring, his passion contagious, and the way he talks about wine makes you want to learn more. It's exactly what you expect from a true wine bar: expert advice, know-how, a friendly atmosphere, and a real personality behind the counter. What particularly struck me was seeing how inspiring professionals like Pierre can be in their field. They remind us that behind every great establishment, there are, above all, passionate people who take their work to heart. A truly wonderful experience, both personally and in terms of taste. I recommend it without hesitation.

27/08/2026: The waitress was very good. Period. The food needs improvement; I ordered my meat rare, but it arrived overcooked. It's not Limousin beef, after all. Touristy restaurant.

19/08/2026: A very nice place, they make a delicious latte macchiato. A very warm welcome in a magnificent setting on Place Carnot with incredible monuments.

01/10/2026: The restaurant no longer exists. It will be replaced by a fast-food restaurant.

25/09/2026: We spontaneously decided to come here on Tuesday evening and were more than satisfied. Friendly service, excellent, fresh food with a special touch, and the prices weren't at all exorbitant. We'd gladly come back anytime!

23/08/2026: It was only 11 p.m., and the woman turned off a light. Ten minutes later, there were several clinking sounds of glasses and cutlery. Then, at 11:25 p.m., she turned off the lights in the room where we were seated (there were six of us, discreet and well-mannered). A very rude way of telling us it was time to leave. The food was certainly excellent, but frankly, this woman's attitude was inappropriate. Never again!

01/10/2026: Great restaurant, enjoyed the Moules frites excellent set menu options, service friendly and efficient, seating area inside and across the road by the canal weather permitting.

22/09/2026: Thrilled by this wonderful discovery... the place, the welcome, the service, and the meal (set menu) were all very pleasant and delicious, enjoyed under a sun tempered by a discreet and effective breeze... I will gladly return.

16/09/2026: So disappointing. Came here from England as a recommendation while visiting. Was served raw chicken which had to be cooked again and not even an apology. Then found hair in another meal. 2 staff members where lovely but when trying to ask for the chicken to be cooked properly one of the waitresses shook her head and went to serve 2 other tables and never checked on us again. Would not recommend

12/09/2026: Despite impeccable and pleasant service (thank you, Jordan), we waited far too long for our food (45 minutes). We had to send back two out of our four dishes because the meat was completely undercooked. The head waiter reprimanded us for our expectations regarding the cooking. Following this, we were sent back portions that were more than meager (the duck breast was only half a fillet), cold, and with the added insult of, "If it's cold, we won't reheat it." In short, we won't be back. We'll also do without the "homemade" label for frozen side dishes and tasteless desserts.

26/08/2026: A delightful discovery. A brasserie with quality products, homemade fare, very attractive prices, impeccable and fast service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

07/10/2026: ChatGPT recommended this restaurant to me, and frankly, I had an incredibly good meal - starter, main course, dessert, I really indulged + good wine… I can only recommend it ❤️

30/09/2026: The waiter was very friendly and smiling. The kidneys were served in a bland, overly runny sauce. The manager was stingy: we came as a couple based on an advertisement in a brochure stating "free kir upon presentation of this guide," and she only served us one kir, and even then... with a grimace! That's very petty, madam, and not very customer-oriented. For one kir (which wasn't very expensive for you), you lost customers.
