30/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at this establishment. The food was delicious, the owner is very friendly, in short, a must-visit in Roubaix!

20/10/2025: I didn't stay overnight, I just enjoyed the restaurant, which served delicious traditional food and drinks from the area. It's highly recommended, with a lovely atmosphere and a great view.

16/02/2026: If I order a pizza from Domino's, and there is also a Ben and Jerry's in my order, and you do not have the ice cream, after me waiting 35 minutes, why the hell would you cancel my order because you dont have the ice cream? Makes no sense whatsoever. Just send the order with another ice cream!

16/09/2025: Charlotte welcomed us into a vintage setting where many items are for sale... Remember at Mamie et Papi. The meal was delicious, homemade. The homemade banana ice cream is pure delight! For me, it's a place to visit without moderation. Thank you for the simple and warm welcome!

11/09/2025: Attracted by the somewhat unusual atmosphere, we chose this small restaurant. A friendly welcome. Disappointed on the way back, the portions were really small for the price, leaving us wanting more. The salad was mostly dressed with oil, lacking flavor. 13.50 for a salad that would be offered as a starter elsewhere given the quantities. The risotto was really disappointing, rice a bit drowned in an indeterminate sauce with an assortment of defrosted entry-level seafood. At 15.50, the quality, quantity, and price ratio were not there. Lack of seasoning and flavor there too. I went to get some salt, a small collection of cobwebs decorated the salt shakers. In short, really disappointed given the prices. We went to get dessert elsewhere after the main course.

27/02/2026: The burger was made with a piece of dry chuck instead of a steak, the burger was cold, and so were the fries. I told the waiter, but he didn't care... Disappointed, especially since I used to love going there.

16/02/2026: What a wonderful time we had this Sunday at this charming restaurant! Besides the magnificent view of Parc Barbieux, we discovered a pleasant, smiling, helpful, and attentive staff, and mouthwatering cuisine. Yes, an excellent experience!

15/01/2026: We thought the restaurant was reserved exclusively for Mercure hotel guests. Quite the contrary, we received a very warm welcome. The staff ensured our meal was served very quickly. They were very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

22/12/2025: Bad experience from the start. The Fanta served on the menu wasn't the 33cl bottle listed, but a 25cl one. I pointed this out, but apparently this is normal! I wanted one of the three starters, the Welsh rarebit salad, but it wasn't available! So I skipped that step and ordered the butcher's cut, cooked rare, but it wasn't! And don't even get me started on the potato, which seemed to have been cooked for days—inedible. Luckily, I had bread to mop up the sauce, which was actually quite tasty and decent. I always leave reviews when things are good, never the opposite, but I had to go eat when I got home because I was so hungry!
