07/05/2026: We were looking for an authentic experience and we found it: the place, the friendly atmosphere, and the delicious, authentic cuisine. The warm welcome was the icing on the cake; we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful, human atmosphere and for sharing such lovely conversations. We will be back!
01/05/2026: Passing through Roubaix, the reviews led us to this little restaurant – what a great idea! The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the menu featured typical Northern dishes (among others) made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! A little bistro just the way we like them.

30/04/2026: Homemade shrimp croquettes and profiteroles for dessert… I thoroughly enjoyed it! As a bonus, they even lent me a straw hat to protect me from the sun 😁

07/04/2026: A beautiful, traditional brasserie opposite McArthur Glen. We had an excellent meal and enjoyed the historic atmosphere. We will definitely return on our next visit to Roubaix.
01/04/2026: A pleasant and efficient welcome and service, hearty, decent but not extraordinary brasserie-style cuisine, and reasonable prices. However, a major drawback: the filthy toilets; dirty, smelly, broken lightbulb, loose door handles... Mr. Manager, this is part of your responsibility.

A truly excellent restaurant, a wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic meal. The staff is welcoming, professional, and very pleasant; even during the busiest periods of service, when the atmosphere is intense, they maintain a smile, a friendly demeanor, and great politeness. As for the food, it's impeccable: delicious and beautifully prepared dishes that are definitely worth the trip. The whole experience is enhanced by a stunning view, making it even more enjoyable.

The lush greenery creates a pleasant and unique atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the concept. The service is attentive, and the overall experience is well-crafted. A great find in Roubaix.

I received a wonderfully warm welcome from Charlotte, and her cooking exudes the comforting, home-style dishes that warm the heart.
She's a smiling and lovely person, and it truly provided a light and relaxing break in my day, in a bright and comfortable setting.
I highly recommend her restaurant.
13/12/2025: Portion sizes need to be reduced considering the price: three pieces of beef bourguignon were barely enough to compete on the plate, and the sautéed potatoes were undercooked and cold. It's a shame because the meat was tender... We left to have dessert elsewhere!

15/01/2026: We thought the restaurant was reserved exclusively for Mercure hotel guests. Quite the contrary, we received a very warm welcome. The staff ensured our meal was served very quickly. They were very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!
