02/05/2024: I showed up today, May 2, at the garden center checkout at 5:30 p.m., this Auchan Calais is becoming a real nonsense...... Already the last time I was invited to go to the quick checkout yuck, intervention by the cashiers result double manipulation at 1 p.m., I am told yes but at that time (there is a reboot) 3/4 hours blocked. today the cashier had to prepare a floral arrangement, Ditto..... A queue not possible , customers who ask for a cashier, and people who get angry, and they leave their Cady an impossible tension. I am surprised to see Auchan behave like this. Very sincerely I will think about changing direction regarding this Auchan Calais, anyway today 30 minutes with kilos on my arms (yes I had not planned to buy that much)
I am really disappointed, no respect for the customer

We were pampered from start to finish of our (excellent) meal.
The dishes were very beautifully presented as well as delicious to the palate.
We were advised on the wines and were not disappointed.
Very good value for money, we will certainly come back if our holidays bring us back to the area!

03/05/2024: What a disappointment compared to before, 1 year ago on my last visit, looking forward to introducing my partner to Welsh, on vacation in Calais.
What a disappointment, industrial plastic cheese without any taste.
Very disappointed, I will never come back there again and so will my loved ones from Calaisi.
To avoid
30/04/2024: Friendly place where we see that the regulars find their bearings there!!! And it's well deserved, efficient and pleasant service, the Welsh that we didn't know was just succulent, at least largely to our taste, we let ourselves be tempted by the sweet Welsh and well, just perfect!! I really recommend this place which doesn't necessarily look great from the outside but is really great.

28/04/2024: The most exquisite food we have ever eaten and this is why we head to Le Channel each visit to Calais from the UK. The three of us, my cousin Pam, husband Roger and myself all appreciate how we are so warmly welcomed too. Thank you so much and can't wait for our next visit.

06/04/2024: Tourist restaurant with a strange smell when you enter. The boss barks at her employees in front of customers to make them go faster. The dishes ordered (tuna ceviche, tuna heart, salmon tartare and salmon steak) were far too salty, as if in the kitchen they dropped the salt shaker on the plate. As for dessert, the tarte tatin was burnt and very small. Positive point about the fast service and friendly servers. Ultimately the bill will have been as expensive as the dishes. The value for money is not good at all, too expensive for what it is. In short, to avoid.
28/03/2024: Simply exceptional, the welcome at the top with careful service and very good advice, I had the opportunity to have the chicken fillet with chorizo, I mentioned it with the owner because I have never ate such a tender fillet, my wife had the salmon steak as well.
Thank you to the entire team in the dining room and in the kitchen and to the owner who took the time to explain to us how the chicken is cooked.

06/04/2024: Very nice address that we discovered while passing through Calais! The Terre aperitif board is a little expensive considering the quantities. However, the value for money is very satisfactory considering the quality of the dishes and dessert (the fondant is exquisite and the lemon meringue tart is one of the best I have eaten because it is very balanced). We will come back.
04/04/2024: I went to eat a steak with its marrow bone! A good piece of tender meat and cooked to perfection! A treat and the server was very nice and pleasant! It’s really nice....well done to the cooks

Overpriced, very limited quantity on the plate, €70 for 4 drinks, 1 duck breast or should I say 10 small pieces of duck breast, 1 low quality charcuterie board and 3 portions of ridiculous fries. The setting is pleasant but the value for money is terrible. I absolutely do not recommend.
