22/05/2024: An ultra positive opinion for the Exceptional Framework, achieved by the use of tables in solid Elm or beech wood, causing a lightening depending on the color of the sky. With the Sun, without violent wind, the terrace is a true cabinetmaking dream, everything is in the image of the leaders: Class. The edited menus live up to the frame. The staff is very friendly despite the high-level activity. It is in harmony with this common thread: customer comfort. Small defects are acceptable, for example the extra whipped cream that we canceled for health reasons...but which is billed...as long as it's just that. Diana, like a Queen, welcomes the lost visitor with Grace and Elegance... because all the doors leading to Rome are not lacking in this establishment, which in case of extreme heat does not lack drafts. Great experience despite a small appetite, you deserve to come back! BRAVO to everyone and special mention to the Queen of the place 😉.

10/06/2024: Very nice restaurant with a warm welcome, however the meal was not up to the standards of the place. I opted for a tempting squid risotto with prawns and I was served a tasteless risotto, with small squid legs and three prawns. All for 21 euros. What a desappointment. I do not recommend choosing this dish.

06/06/2024: Restaurant We are still waiting for them to bring us water... Regular service, not at all attentive. The regrettable food. Some frozen squid tails...in a coastal town. Burger with some sauces that you don't know what they are...the oily potatoes. Bad experience. We would not return.

15/01/2024: What a shame for the meal this Saturday 12/01: squids full of water, and tasteless, presentation without any taste, potatoes presented like fries, quartered, forgotten dessert, and coffee flavor instead of caramel, and a bill unworthy of the meal, sorry I won't come back

16/01/2024: Very poor customer attention. In October I bought a kg of sesame in bulk. In December I convinced myself that it was in bad condition. I had stored it in the paper bag as I bought it and in good condition. After several calls to the store, more than 10 calls, they tell me that the ticket is from October and they can't do anything!

15/05/2024: Pretty campsite, flowery and on a human scale. We were very surprised by the welcome, which was intended to be warm but which quickly turned out to be uncomfortable: no possibility of late arrival since the owners wanted to see the tenants (so before 7 p.m.... restrictive), wearing the bracelet by the staff (they don't trust us to put it on ourselves?), welcome to the mobile home where we are given a guided tour of the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, and a tour of the cupboards... (a mobile home remains a mobile home! Clean of course, but it is not a villa!). We are asked to count the forks and spoons again, and to take a complete inventory of the situation at the entrance... which seems to me to have not been done for years! After hours of driving, it would be nice to find more autonomy and peace of mind upon arrival. The departure conditions are even stricter: between 8:50 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. ... with an appointment made on Friday 9 a.m. (but especially not before, for the sake of fairness, in short...). We needed more flexibility to leave earlier or later, but impossible to find a solution with the reception staff. It's a shame, in just a few minutes my children could have welcomed their mother to a sporting event... disappointment for the whole family. Inventory of drastic exit, we had prepared for it, but obviously not sufficiently since we had to re-wash 2 forks and a saucepan. Never seen ! Humiliating... Furthermore, the outdoor swimming pool seems very nice, unfortunately closed, we were not able to experience it as the sun was still not very present. Pleasant indoor aquatic area. Friendly bar side staff, but bread & pastries of very average quality. We travel 3 to 4 times a year in rental campsites, and every year in the Basque Country, we have not yet experienced this type of welcome... far from a relaxing vacation setting.

24/01/2024: We stayed 3 times at this campsite for 15 days in 2018, 2019 and 2022 It was really very good and since last year I have been refused the reservation for no reason I just tried to reserve new refusals for supposedly lack of space. I hate dishonesty My daughter wanted to see her friends from the campsite again, it was a failure I'm going to look for another campsite in Bidart.
