02/05/2026: A warm and discreet welcome. Very attentive service. Delicious cuisine, bursting with flavor, even surprising. Local products with enough choice on the menu to satisfy every palate. We had a wonderful time. Absolutely not to be missed!

26/04/2026: This is a very nice, tiny restaurant in the heart of Bidart. The food is imaginative and satisfying. See the attached pictures with captions. The only criticism is that the lamb was exceptionally fatty and had less lean meat on it than expected. The wine list is extensive for such a small restaurant. Altogether an excellent dining experience.

21/05/2026: A memorable 3-night stay. The room we stayed in was exceptionally beautiful, decorated with taste and refinement. The hotel boasts an incredible swimming pool, sauna, and Nordine bath. We also enjoyed an exceptional couples massage. The cleanliness of the premises—room, common areas, and grounds—was impeccable. And what can we say about the Michelin-starred restaurant? We give it 5 stars; it's simply an explosion of flavors for the palate and a feast for the eyes. Simply perfect. A huge thank you also to the entire team, who were incredibly attentive and always had a kind and friendly word. Thank you, Mr. Ibarboure, for this wonderful stay. We won't share any photos; we'll let you come and admire this enchanting place for yourselves.

15/04/2026: Excellent food, with a chef who does everything himself, poor man. The waitress is like a potted plant; she's only there for decoration, or not at all, not a kind word, cold... only pleasant with customers she knows, she couldn't care less about everyone else. Luckily the food is excellent. The worst part is that this waitress is the owner! 🤣 Go for the food and ignore the waitress...

21/05/2026: I regularly use the snack bar for lunch because it's quick, and occasionally the restaurant for lunch or dinner, and the service is always excellent. Thierry, the owner, has a great smile that puts a spring in my step for the day! Special mention to the all-you-can-eat baby squid! And kudos to the team for their great atmosphere!

06/05/2026: Visiting Bidart once or twice a year, this was our first time discovering the restaurant Le Cucaracha. After being approached by the manager (thinking it was closed), we went in despite it being open and thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte menu. It was sublime, especially the dessert made with apple, walnuts, caramelized fruit, whipped cream, and sheep's milk curd: simply the best! Thank you, we'll be back.
