06/01/2026: Excellent telephone and in-person service. The dishes were aesthetically stunning, with original combinations that worked perfectly (especially the surf and turf). The cooking and seasoning were perfectly executed. Chef Calvet came to serve and discuss his dishes twice; he was friendly and approachable. A superb experience; we loved it.

01/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, we had the starter - main course - dessert menu this Sunday, a real treat, attentive service, full of assorted flavors, appetizers at each stage, refined and very elaborate cuisine. A little wait at the beginning but it was ultra full, which proves the reputation, We will come back!

Now let's talk about the restaurant… We were absolutely blown away from the amuse-bouche to dessert… Extraordinarily good (and I mean it). Subtle and refined, this meal left us speechless. 15/12/2025: Full little restaurant bar situated at the train station where you can watch the trains wooshhhh by as you are eating a delicious locally sourced meal or an expertly prepared cocktail. A fun experience to take in while visiting Guethary!

05/01/2026: Me and my partner we spent the new year's eve for the first time at this restaurant, and it was a beautiful discovery! The location in front of the port is a must and the atmosphere was absolutely warm and super cozy. It was Christmas time and the details and decorations were absolutely stunning in the simplicity. The employees were super kind and smilingly. I absolutely appreciated and I am surely coming back during summer time! Thanks a mill for the amazing night!!
