22/08/2024: Pour diner en famille , j ai acheté différentes variétés d entrées et plats, poulet etc peu gouteux , fades ,présentations très moyennes, il n est plus offert de mayonnaise pour ajouter aux mets ,il faut la payer. Les prix ont augmentés , la qualité a déclinée , certaines serveuses peu sympathiques, heureusement restent quelques anciennes. Quel dommage ,Pagnol , était une institution , une référence…

20/06/2024: Service bâclé - plats sans intérêt. Quelle dégringolade par rapport à ce qu'était cette adresse il y a quelques années.

07/08/2024: Couldn’t recommend Quai 31 enough. Jack and the team were so friendly and welcoming. The food (and drinks) are phenomenal!! Can’t wait to stop there the minute I’m back in Lyon!!!

23/07/2024: Racisme décomplexé. Le Monsieur de la sécurité ne s’en caches pas, il « assume »avoir un quota.. Sidérant. Couple mixte s’étant vu refusé l’entrée dans une premier temps car « trop tard » pour le service et « plus de place » bien que le bar ne donnait pas l’air de couler sous la demande. Arrivée : 1:45. Le bar fermes a 3:00. Quant bien même, le monsieur fait entrer un groupe de 5 clientes dans les secondes qui suivent. Choqué nous demandons une explication. Sans honte, le monsieur nous fera comprendre qu’il ne souhaite pas que tout type de peau soit vu dans son établissement. Ce pourquoi les jeunes femmes ont pu entrer et nous non. Les tenus des clients habillés de shorts et maillots de foot suggères qu’il n’y a pas de dress code. Je n’ai pas osé préciser au monsieur que Neymar dont le maillot était visible dans l’établissement est de couleur de peau typée au risque de le faire paniquer… Bref lieu très de mauvais goût.

25/09/2024: Dish order received 1 hour later and colder. I asked to just reheat the meat, as a result they brought me a burnt dish, chicken with potatoes, which I couldn't even eat because they were so burnt.

25/09/2024: Salad full of oil, didn't have time to finish until the hot dish arrived... and really mediocre hamburger (not cooked as I asked for more!) no frankly I don't recommend it 1st review is from 2020, we returned to the restaurant and nothing to see, things have changed so I am changing the number of stars 🌟

16/09/2024: The attitude of the service staff was very poor. They used a lot of force to serve the plates. Almost all the plates were used and thrown away. The whole dining process was very uncomfortable. Especially the blue waiter in the photo...it's very exaggerated I feel particularly unfriendly to Asians, terrible

15/09/2024: The service is fast, perhaps a little hasty when the room fills up. The meal was overall very good. Half roasted camembert: impossible to go wrong. Quenelle and rice with a crayfish sauce: excellent and very filling! 10/10 Crème brûlée: much less convincing, not bad but looks a bit like an industrial dessert. A satisfying meal overall, which makes you want to go back to try the rest of the menu.

03/09/2024: Serveuse Staf très désagréable. Les bouteilles ne sont pas ouvertes devant le consommateur d’où prétexte qu’il y a manque de limonadier. Changer de métier !!!!

26/09/2024: Being a regular at this place I had stopped coming for a while because I no longer appreciated the service I came occasionally, today I met Simon the new manager I would like to point out that Simon is very professional so I will come back more often thanks to Simon for his professionalism

14/09/2024: One word...disgusting! An outrage to Lyon's gastronomy. How can we leave the appellation of Lyonnais cork to this palace of frozen pâté en croute, Lidl vinaigrette and charred meat???

04/09/2024: Very disappointed, for a so-called traditional Lyonnais restaurant TO FEE!!!!!!!! Where to start, very unpleasant and bitter waiter, the waiter serves you with annoyance, if you didn't like your job, do something else sir!!! Icy atmosphere, no background music, nothing. Dusty dishes, not washed for a while, questionable hygiene!! Inedible dish, too much fat, too salty, not very appetizing. Manager in the image of his restaurant, does not accept criticism and lets you know. Very bad experience, I wanted to give them a chance given the 3.7 rating but it was a very bad idea. TO RUN AWAY!!!

22/09/2024: I’ve been living in Lyon for almost 8 years, I’m fluent in French and met one of the rudest waiters in town… Food was ok, nothing out of this world. The service, that’s another story. From the get go the waiter was not very nice. I’m not pretending the waiter to be super happy but at least a little bit of courtesy. After he brought the bread I gently asked for butter and he rudely said NO. He ended up bringing a big slice of it charging 50 cents. Fine. Then he sat down and had a meal break. A few minutes later a couple entered the restaurant and he told them no service until 19h. It was 18:30h… the couple sat there waiting. We had to ask him to pickup our plates while he was eating… After reading other reviews I guess we weren’t the only ones with a not so pleasant experience.

25/05/2024: Deplorable welcome!!! A woman doesn't even take the time to give us the timetable even though we tell her that we don't know the ice rink and that we have driven 2 hours with 3 children. We take the ticket at 11:21 a.m. and the ice rink closes at 12 p.m. and she doesn't tell us!!!! What use is she in a RECEPTION if she can't even give reception information!!! And what's more, I ask her for skates, she tells me that they don't exist and at the skates the ladies tell me that of course they do exist! Incompetent, mean, unwelcoming, unpleasant and so on. Has nothing to do in a public reception where people come to have fun! Fortunately we found a very understandable employee who listened to us. (Hence the 2 stars otherwise 0) In short, pay attention to the reception, ask for all the information because apart from "collecting" it is useless (that's what she told me when I went to ask her for accounts)

30/04/2024: Very nice to spend time with family. I recommend the ice hockey matches. Small downside for the speakers (too bad for the atmosphere during matches)

07/09/2024: We ordered two coffee and I asked water with coffee. Lady served one and asked of they don’t give water with coffee and the reaction of the lady was weird. The service is not free. I am the customer. This cafe should understand this simple business.
