Real lack of choice The other choice being the 7-course menu ???? On small portions??? At more than 75 euros!!! Very friendly waiter but speaks a little quickly when describing the plates. Very hot; in the room; hot radiator!

30/08/2024: Our dinner was fantastic from the hummus starter to the cafe for dessert. The spicy sauce with the couscous, the tender vegetables and the generous amount of couscous were a delight. Our modification due to allergies was taken into account. If we have the chance to come to Aix-les-Bains again, we will definitely come back to the Couscousserie.

23/09/2024: We came to have dinner at this restaurant. The retro atmosphere is charming, everything is very clean and well arranged. The appetizers were delicious, except the watermelon one where the contrast with the onion was too pronounced, I couldn't finish it. The same goes for the tomatoes: the dish demonstrated technique and research, but in terms of taste, nothing exceptional. The pork was very good, but the sage flavor inside the roast was perhaps a little too present and did not leave enough room for the demi-glace, although it was skillfully prepared. The olive dessert really surprised me, I highly recommend it. The choice of bread and the service in general, in a bistronomic style, deserve. Some pairings should be rethought, perhaps with a little less technique but more familiarity in flavors. We will definitely come back to try new dishes.

06/08/2024: Une halte raffraichissante par une journée de visite à Aix les bains. Bon accueil, musique en sourdine très agréable, de grands verres d'eau plate ou gazeuse, agrumes pressés. Le tout près dun parking ombragé. Je recommande.

18/08/2024: Une petite terasse pleine de charme au cœur d'Aix les bains, nous avons eu l'occasion de gouter à cette cuisine fabuleuse aux portions généreuses. Quand à la qualité du service, il est irréprochable, une serveuse avenante et très gentille le gère toute seule et le fait avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. A refaire dans un prochain séjour de ce magnifique coin !

12/08/2024: Crêperie excellente où on prend son temps à prix très abordables. Les crêpes comme les salades sont délicieuses. La cuisine ouverte nous permet d’assister aux préparations et les éléments de garniture sont frais et de belle qualité. Il y avait même des sets de tables pour faire patienter les enfants. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable moment ! Nous recommandons sans hésitations !!

11/11/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant, in my opinion it is one of the "best" in Aix-les-Bains. The à la carte offer is good since you can share a starter with several people before having a main course (the meat was quality) and a dessert. I was pleasantly surprised that in the gourmet café there were miniatures of several desserts on the menu. The service is also good. In short, I recommend it.

In fact he had placed us on a very small table in the way of the toilets and the kitchen and a wall, after having pointed out to them that it was difficult for us to sit (it was really uncomfortable and embarrassing), we were offered (to do…) to go to their colleagues!
