18/09/2024: A great discovery to make and repeat. We had not booked and were expecting 2 late skiers, yet the team welcomed us with a smile, with all sympathy and with a lot of patience. The savory pancakes that we tasted were delicious accompanied by hot cider, the addition was light. Don't hesitate to reserve a table there (it's better because it's always full).🤩🤩🤩
12/09/2024: My children and I have arrived. We took a table. . A waiter says hello to us and continues to serve around us.
After 20 minutes no one served us.
A waitress comes to see us and asks us who placed us at this table?
(knowing that she had passed in front of us at least 10 times).
I explain to him.
She told me “we are the ones who place people.
It's 6 p.m. we are closing this evening we ask you to leave!!!! »
A shame, especially since his colleague was still serving and the terrace was full!
We will not advertise to you!
I won't come back!

13/09/2024: Very good restaurant in terms of cuisine with fresh and good products. However, it's not very filling. A fondue for two that can be eaten by just one person. The croziflette is really light for a man, my partner could have eaten a second course. The only really more substantial dish was the raclette but the waitress told us that we didn't have to eat it all, as it was a bit of a special concept.

26/08/2024: This is our 2nd stay at your establishment and it’s a real pleasure. The staff are charming, our room was magnificent, we had a great stay, and we will be happy to come back. I really recommend this establishment
24/08/2024: On our honeymoon, we stopped at the bouvier house. The team, the service, the welcome, the exemplary clean rooms, everything was perfect. We ate at ursus in the evening it was a very enriching and delicious culinary experience. The chef and his team really deserve a second star, we really walked in the forest. So a big thank you for your welcome and we will certainly come back next year with great pleasure.

18/08/2024: We had a VERY pleasant time during our evening at the Petite Lulu restaurant. The cuisine is really very good, an original and inventive menu. The service is perfect. Nothing to say about the quality-price ratio. We highly recommend and will definitely come back!

19/04/2024: Excellent fondue but ridiculous quantities for the price... 40 euros per portion of fondue in a casserole dish for a children's menu.... Obtained a new casserole dish following a complaint. This restaurant, which once had a good quality/quantity/price ratio, is playing the role of a great raclette/fondue restaurant with prices rising sharply and quantities falling sharply. The quality is there but that’s it. Tired of being taken for pigeons

19/04/2024: Fondue excellente mais quantités ridicules pour le prix… 40 euros la part de fondue dans une cocotte pour menu enfant…. Obtenu une nouvelle cocotte suite à réclamation. Ce restaurant jadis au rapport qualité quantité prix correct se la joue grand restaurant raclette/fondue avec les prix en forte hausse et les quantités en forte baisse. La qualité est là mais c’est tout. Marre d’être pris pour des pigeons

24/08/2024: Nous sommes venus suite aux avis tripadvisor et nous avons été ravis. Du coup nous sommes même revenus une deuxième fois. Les pizzas, la raclette, tout est parfait. L accueil est lui aussi parfait. Bref allez y les yeux fermés

07/06/2024: Nous revenons tous les ans dans ce restaurant et le service est toujours très agréable, les plats excellents (attention la tartiflette a légèrement trop d’huile à mon goût) et présentés avec soin et les prix corrects. Une adresse incontournable à Tignes Val Claret!
