25/03/2026: Excellent quality accommodation. Nothing like the usual Campanil hotels. Plus, a very good restaurant with a buffet and homemade dishes. I highly recommend it!

19/03/2026: The tour hotel is of average quality, about 1.5 hours from the center of Paris including traffic. Our room was clean, but some people complained. The breakfast was mediocre; we filled our stomachs with croissants and cheese.

08/07/2026: The service is always impeccable; the two young waiters are very friendly and efficient!

05/07/2026: What a horror! The cleanliness was appalling; I'd rather not even mention it. And the service? I won't even go there—the worst Häagen-Dazs I've ever seen.

30/03/2026: The slowest service I've ever seen. Orders are incomplete. It takes 30 minutes to pick up an order, but it takes 45 minutes for a Markana order to arrive.

24/08/2026: The service was very pleasant, the staff were particularly attentive and professional. Excellent ribeye steak.

22/08/2026: I was very disappointed. Starting with the welcome, the waitresses were anything but friendly. Taking our order was a real ordeal. The waitress suddenly left, and a second waitress took our order, but it was the same story. We had to repeat our order at least six times. The dishes arrived one by one, so we ate cold food. And my salmon tartare was extremely salty. The rosé I ordered was really bad… What's certain is that I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I won't be going back.

18/06/2026: A very disappointing experience on April 18, 2026, around 2:00 PM. There were three of us. My friends ordered coffees, but I don't usually order drinks in the afternoon, so I only asked for a glass of water, which the waitress offered. A man who introduced himself as Moustapha intervened very aggressively, shouting that we weren't allowed to sit down or drink water without ordering anything. He slammed the glass against the table, insulted us, and threatened us, telling us not to come back. The atmosphere was intimidating, with a complete lack of respect. We decided to leave because we felt pressured. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a calm and respectful environment.

01/05/2026: Delighted to return to Courtepaille, but what a disappointment. It wasn't good at all. The ratatouille was a joke in name only; it was so watery and practically devoid of any vegetable pieces that it should have been served with a spoon. I thought I was playing it safe by choosing the flan for dessert... tasteless, disgusting crust, and served warm! @_@

22/07/2026: I went to this bakery and was very disappointed by the service. The elderly woman who greeted us was very unpleasant; she didn't seem interested in serving us and spoke to us disrespectfully. She appeared annoyed to be receiving customers and looked at us in a very unsettling way. This behavior is truly unfortunate, as a friendly welcome is essential in a business. I hope this situation will not be repeated for future customers.

22/07/2026: A very bad experience at this bakery. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were bothering them. The saleswoman was cold, unwelcoming, and spoke in an unpleasant tone. She seemed annoyed at having to serve us and gave us uncomfortable looks. It's regrettable to be received this way when you're simply there to buy bread or pastries. I hope the service improves, as it really gives the bakery a bad impression.

30/12/2025: The bakery was closed due to unsanitary conditions; there were mice and rats everywhere since the change of ownership. It's a disaster.
