01/12/2025: You say I accepted the training, but that's not true at all. I started the program because after your call to suggest I enroll in the vocational training program (CAP), I contacted your colleague who handles apprentice-company relations, and he told me it's non-refundable. I'm not asking for a refund of €200, but €120. Instead of notifying me a month in advance, you waited until the week before my program started to inform me. However, I don't accept your lying about accepting the training. On the first day, I told the student advisor (CPE) that I didn't see myself doing a CAP, and she replied that I could do the CAP and then a baccalaureate, even though that would add another year to my studies.
25/11/2025: I advise you not to go to this school because they are real scammers. In March 2025, I registered for a vocational baccalaureate in culinary arts through an apprenticeship. My sister paid the registration fee of €200. A week before the start of the school year, the school called me to say they were going to transfer me to a vocational certificate program (CAP) without my sister's consent, citing insufficient enrollment. My sister told the administrator that it was unprofessional of them to notify us only a week before the start of the school year, especially since we had registered in March 2025. My sister requested a refund of the €200, but the school refused, even though it was clearly their mistake, not ours. Their excuse was that we had agreed to have me placed in the CAP program, which is false.
The school is expensive, but so are the textbooks, which cost €29 each, and there are more than five of them; the most expensive is €50. The teachers are awful; they insult the students. The cafeteria always serves the same thing: pasta with no salt and fish.
I strongly advise against enrolling your children in this school run by crooks.

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, we also had to experience ourselves, how rude the service was.
A pity actually, as the place could actually flourish.
The coffee was also mediocre, but we could actually get into terms with that in a touristic place like Colmar.
Anyway, there are plenty of options nearby - otherwise you could just put up with bad service and coffee - up to you!
05/12/2025: A boutique café with a few flowers and decorative items for sale.
There are only a few tables inside, but there are seats on the terrace with blankets for when it's cold.
The coffees are okay, standard fare, and the croissants are good. The chocolate tart doesn't seem homemade. You have to go to the counter to order and bring your order back to your table.

28/11/2025: I recently stayed at this hotel for a concert and a weekend in Paris. The hotel is perfectly located near the Stade de France. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I received a warm welcome from Anastasia, who also took the time to give me some tips for my stay.
26/11/2025: They gave me a room that was already occupied by another guest. I had notified them in advance that I would be arriving at midnight. The second room... the key didn't work. Having contacted the hotel beforehand, I didn't expect to be made to go to reception three times at midnight.

18/04/2026: We had a lovely lovely lunch outside this Tabac come Brasserie. We were a party of 10. They accommodated us and we're brilliant. The food was really lovely from traditional Croque Messieur to Crêpes and melt in the mouth steaks and roast chicken. Their coffee is perfect too. Such a gem we just bumped into and with a view across the square to the Basilica - it was a perfect end to our trip to Paris! Venture out here.....see the amazing historic Saint Denis Basilica and relax at this perfect little place!
13/02/2026: Yes, it's fine for a drink or coffee overlooking the basilica, but not for a meal. I've been three times; it was only decent once. The servers are friendly, but the service is too slow, and the food isn't up to par. The uncleaned table is a minor detail!

Plus, a very good restaurant with a buffet and homemade dishes. I highly recommend it!
19/03/2026: The tour hotel is of average quality, about 1.5 hours from the center of Paris including traffic. Our room was clean, but some people complained. The breakfast was mediocre; we filled our stomachs with croissants and cheese.

19/04/2026: Ever never waste your time. You will wait more 1 hour for just a basic plate. They have the show/appriance of genuine French seafood restaurants but cooking frozen goods. SKIPP THIS PLACE. IT IS A TOURIST TRAP.
19/04/2026: AVOID. Absolutely the worst service. I arrived before midday so I was the only person in the place. Ordered moules, heard the kitchen ring the bell to say it was ready and all FOUR staff just ignored it. Bell rang again. And again. And again a total of five times. When I gestured to say can SOMEBODY please bring the food out, staff seemed to think this was very funny. Food when brought was unsurprisingly on the cold side. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

08/01/2026: I'm a regular customer for pastries and sometimes bread from this bakery, which I really enjoy. The frangipane galette I bought was particularly good.
However, I would have appreciated not getting an unpleasant comment about the incorrectly displayed price. It was listed as €4.50 for an individual galette and €3.60 for a slice. I ordered a slice, which was then priced at €4.50, and I pointed out that wasn't the correct price.
Fine, I didn't pay the full €4.50. But I don't want to be made to feel guilty. I left without even being said goodbye!
Furthermore, apparently paying by card is a problem.
I'm used to paying for my pain au chocolat by card... Should I go to another bakery? Should I only go if this saleswoman isn't there?
07/01/2026: €33 for a galette des rois (king cake) for 6 people is already very expensive. But the most shocking thing is the price per slice: €3.60, making it €21.60 for 6 slices. A difference of €11.40 that's hard to justify.
I mentioned it at the till, and the response was: "We're not responsible for the prices." Perhaps, but from the customer's perspective, the feeling is clear.
I bought the galette out of embarrassment, and I regret it all the more because it wasn't even good: the alcoholic taste was far too strong, sickening, and absolutely not worth the price. At that price, they might as well just charge €5.50 per slice; that would at least be honest. A disappointing experience, closer to rip-off than craftsmanship. For your information, Cédric Grolet, pastry chef at Le Meurice, offers his galette des rois for €35 for 6 people! So you really have no shame! As a loyal customer, I will never set foot in your bakery again!

18/04/2026: Excellent service from the waiters this evening (April 18th)! Fantastic welcome! The marinated chicken skewer and sweet potato fries were delicious! 😋 And the ribeye steak and fries were also great! 😮💨 I highly recommend this place!! 😉
13/04/2026: A very average meal. They lure you in with a free children's menu (no drinks), which might lead you to spend more on fruit juice or something else. Taste-wise, the chicken skewers were okay, however, the burger was very, very average, far too overcooked and swimming in barbecue sauce. The fries were standard, mass-produced. The seats were falling apart. The staff wore latex gloves for "hygiene" but touched everything else. In short, very mediocre and expensive for what you get.

No welcome whatsoever.
When ordering, I asked for cocktails, and the waitress replied with a surprised look, "Oh, but we're not making cocktails today!" As if I were supposed to know that.
A 20-minute wait for steaks that were practically burnt, even though I had asked for them medium.
A 10-minute wait to ask for an extra portion of fries, which they had apparently forgotten. And when it came time to give the children dessert, no one even asked if the adults wanted dessert.
Frankly, the food and service were deplorable.
There's a real lack of attention to detail.
It doesn't even deserve one star.
22/03/2026: The food was good, but everything else is best avoided.
On a business trip and staying at the Novotel next door, we gave in to the laziness of going out despite the mixed reviews we'd read. We should have listened to them.
The only positive point was the meal: it was decent and quite tasty. Unfortunately, that didn't make up for the rest.
The atmosphere is simply gloomy, punctuated by faulty, skipping music. The service is completely impersonal: no human interaction whatsoever, the staff actively avoid eye contact. You feel such a disconnect that a kind of solidarity and support naturally arises... among the neglected customers!
The organization is deplorable: I had to abandon the idea of ordering an appetizer because of the slow service. The sauce basket on the table contained nothing but mustard... In short, unless you're absolutely concerned about the hotel's proximity, steer clear. The food itself doesn't justify such an atmosphere.

09/02/2026: No one at reception, I had to wait 10 minutes for them to open the door because it was broken from the start—it's a ghetto.
Then there was the owner, the oldest one, I think. I went to work because I booked two nights. My girlfriend came home a little drunk but conscious; she's claustrophobic. She asked the person in charge of the rooms to take her in the elevator to the 4th floor, nothing malicious. This person touched my girlfriend and repeatedly forced her to kiss him. He continued to follow her into the room. Run, I mean really run! I went into the room that evening. She had written me a letter because she was so scared to tell me and was in total stress. Run, run, run! Pay more to go somewhere else, but don't go there.
