18/09/2026: It's always a real pleasure to be well served by a friendly and smiling person. The waiter was very kind. The tuna and vegetable sandwich was good and fresh. I also had a very good Americano. I enjoyed everything there. I'm deducting one star for the uncomfortable wooden chairs, which are quite worn, and the rather dated decor. The restaurant is large with plenty of seating. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is easy. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the O'Parinor shopping center, opposite Atacadao.

29/08/2026: Hello, the service was completely disorganized and poorly handled by a saleswoman who panicked, even though I'm a loyal customer. However, the tuna sandwich was generously filled and fresh; thank you to whoever made it. See you soon.

06/10/2026: I arrived with a smile, in a good mood, ready to have a coffee on the terrace. There was no one to my right or left when I received a call. I put it on speakerphone for ten seconds, carefully lowering the volume to check my calendar, and got a comment from the manager, who was sitting two meters behind me, smoking a cigarette. She lectured me as if I were 15 years old... She started talking about civility while I was still on the phone! The exchange was utterly surreal. It's not the first time I've been to this café; I'd already noticed that the staff weren't exactly known for their friendliness or hospitality, but this was just too much. A message to the owners: train your staff in customer service and smiling; in the restaurant industry, that should be a given.

28/07/2026: A caring and attentive team. Excellent products and generous portions. I recommend the Camembert with ham (their specialty). It's absolutely delicious. Thank you to the whole team.

20/07/2026: A fantastic welcome during a busy concert weekend, always smiling despite the invasion of BTS ARMYs! 🫰 The prices reflect the location, but the portions are generous and the drinks are too. I was able to share a pizza with my daughter, half of which was vegetarian. It was very pleasant for us to relax in the shade during the weekend. Great spot!

30/01/2026: Bought a palmier pastry and a baguette around 3 PM. Both were stale, at least since the day before. The palmier pastry was so hard it was inedible. The staff were rude and incompetent. The atmosphere was awful.

03/09/2026: I went there to have my bike brakes serviced because of a noise. The guys took the wheels off, and when they put them back on, they lost the cable tie parts. They used an old zip tie, and I left with noisy brakes and a loose wheel. It was awful.
