21/08/2024: I stopped there for a coffee and a croissant but the welcome from the staff put me off straight away. How at 9:00 in the morning can you be so unpleasant and unsmiling. After saying "hello" I expected a return of "hello" but nothing but an unpleasant look from one of the bakers. In addition, the room is not very clean despite the lack of customers. Well next time I will have my coffee at the gas station where they are nicer. One word: AVOID IF YOU ARE SYMPATHETIC BY NATURE

21/09/2024: Déçue ! Burger au poulet servi froids. La serveuse me l'a fait rechauffer mais après, le pain était tout sec. Le poulet était sous forme de boulettes, pas pratique à manger pour un burger. Les frites étaient faites maison, elles relevaient le niveau mais servies tiède limite froid. Cher (18€ le burger et les frites) et pas bon ! Seuls points positifs : nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec serveuse et serveur sympathiques, et une belle vue sur le canal de l'Ourcq. C'est tout !

09/08/2024: Ne surtout pas y aller!! Mauvais accompagnement pris frite à la place de purée (frite froide ) viande avec arrière guout et elastique Aucune Qualité de produit. On devais nous apporter la purée jamais vu et en plus de ça on n'a pas le droit d exprimer notre mécontentement car la gérante hyper désagréable excuse forcé qui tirait la tete comme si on dérangeais et ajout d'une entree pas eu à notre facture. Commande coca zero on nous apporte des rouge et la serveuse ment en nous disant qu'on a dit rouge je sais encore ce que je dis service nul, produit nul et aucun geste commercial fait

I strongly advise against it because there is no know-how for the relationship between the seller and the customer. Politeness is learned from a young age and I am sure that customers flee because of this type of behavior. I will no longer return there even if the other bakeries in the area are closed.

01/12/2024: I would like to express my dissatisfaction following my visit to this restaurant. The cutlery was not clean, the glasses too. The fries were not cooked. They had a problem with the fryer and I find it very dishonest not to have warned of this. My children also asked for a hamburger with meat cooked to medium rare. Needless to say, that was not the case. The service was also long. The waiter didn't even know what fruity wine was. I advise you to avoid this restaurant to avoid being disappointed.

05/08/2024: Waited for over half an hour for someone to take our order. Instead of an order the waitress came took our menus from our hand aggressively and stated they were closing. Staff was very rude

05/08/2024: TO FLEE !!! We came with 3 people, order taken quite quickly. Server who smells strongly of cigarettes. Our friend was served in about 20 minutes then but we had to wait for our dishes for 40 minutes… our friend ate alone in front of us. The other 2 tables of 10 people were served before us…. My friend ordered a salmon rice with white butter…. We served him a salmon rice curry and tomato sauce...??? At the end of the meal, the waiter wanted to clear my plate while I was still finishing my dish.... Absorbed in his head by other things. The room was crowded but he took several cigarette breaks without washing his hands and immediately serving the plates to the customer... The toilets were really dirty and impossible to wash your hands because there is no water in the tap... in short, to escape... we won't come back

27/08/2024: Very good chocolate pavement and the éclair and the chocolate nun are among the best I have eaten, the crispy chicken sandwich is excellent. Lilasian bread is good. R.A.S. for the service, the job is done, thank you ladies. Usually the chocolate cobblers are good as I mentioned, but today I don't know who made them, but it wasn't great, no cream, not fresh, dry, it's a shame, I remove 2 stars for this lack of rigor and quality despite the sympathy and work of the salespeople to whom I have nothing to reproach.
