30/07/2026: The front door was locked at the time of our reservation. Ten minutes later, someone opened it and then made us wait because the place hadn't been cleaned, without even offering us anything to drink. With a 12:00 reservation, we weren't served until 12:50, which didn't leave us time for dessert or coffee before our scheduled guided tour.

04/07/2026: Meal for a group of 45 people. Same menu for everyone. Appalling service with only one person on duty. Far too long a wait, the dishes arrived cold and tasteless. A shame for a Mercure hotel to offer such a mediocre experience.

04/08/2026: We stopped by somewhat by chance, but it was a pleasant stop. The welcome and service were excellent. Arriving with a beach cart and a large table, we received a very warm welcome. The dining area is rather small, but the pizzas were delicious and we were served with a smile. I highly recommend it.

04/08/2026: I'd say: Surprise 😦 in the Savoyard pizza there are no potatoes, no, it's fries! And in the calzone, surprise, it's a half pizza, it's not folded in half like we're used to. And yes, surprise, by the way, we don't deliver!!! And I forgot to mention we don't have a card machine, so it's cash only. We had a whole series of very surprising things, all for €42 for 3 pizzas 🍕

19/09/2026: Half an hour's wait for a simple mussels and fries... even the waiter complained about the long wait. He said there was a problem in the kitchen...

20/08/2026: It's become a disaster...not only are the products of poor quality, but the saleswoman even sticks her fingers in the sandwiches to identify the flavors since there are no labels or prices on the shelves... I understand better now why they've resorted to handing out baguettes at roundabouts...

19/08/2026: We came this afternoon to relax with a friend, having a coffee and a pastry. We sat down at a table, and 30 minutes later an employee came and vacuumed right next to us, as well as mopping the floor (it was 3 pm, so well before closing time). Then, 5 minutes later, she turned off the TV in front of us. We felt forced to leave and not very welcome!

12/08/2026: I've walked past the bakery several times around 7:10 am and it's closed. They should post the change in hours online if it no longer opens at 7:00 am.

17/06/2026: Very available and, most importantly, open on Sundays. Simple pastries, bread for every day and all tastes.

09/05/2026: Horrible experience. The food was subpar and the service appalling. I strongly advise against going there.

04/05/2026: For just two beers on the patio: A distant greeting behind my back to take my order without even bothering to come over. Then, the order arrives, and I look at the receipt: a 20-cent patio surcharge per drink, even though it was just a quick trip. Does that patio surcharge still exist??? Anyway... And then comes the moment to pay. I politely ask if I can pay the bill, and the best part is, I have to go over to pay (what a joke!). How does that work? Am I paid 20 cents too??? Do I get reimbursed if I wash up?? So there's no way I'm going to the bar to pay. Despite loudly expressing my displeasure in front of the other customers, the waiter (owner or employee, whatever) comes outside anyway. He even dares to tell me I should tell my bosses. Given the number of negative reviews about this place, it's strange that customers still come. One star is way too much.

30/08/2026: The food was excellent, but the service was truly appalling. We arrived at 12:15 for a 12:30 reservation, and our order wasn't taken until 13:20. Finding a server to refill our drinks is a real challenge. That is, if they don't forget the order on the bar.

13/09/2026: I arrived with my family; there were 13 of us. Inside, it was unbearably hot, even though the restaurant was practically empty. However, I noticed that the terrace at the back was quite full. I asked the waitress if it was possible to eat on the terrace. She asked me to wait outside, which we did politely for 15 to 20 minutes, as instructed. She then came back to tell us that it wouldn't be possible outside after all, and that we would have to eat inside, despite the temperature being around 38°C (100°F) and the lack of air conditioning. A few minutes later, I saw several seats become available on the terrace. Knowing that there were many of us, I simply asked if it would be possible to sit at two or three tables. The answer was: "No, that won't be possible," without any explanation. I insisted, but I finally gave up. I don't like to accuse an establishment of discrimination lightly, but honestly, the treatment we received left me with that feeling. We were the only Asian customers in the restaurant and felt deliberately isolated and treated worse than the other patrons. So we went back inside. We then waited almost 30 minutes for a server to take our order… and no one ever came. In total: almost an hour wasted in sweltering heat, with real difficulty breathing because it was so hot. And all this while there were 13 of us ready to order. An absolutely appalling lack of consideration and professionalism. The problem isn't just the organization; it's primarily the way we were treated. I sincerely advise you to avoid this establishment, especially if you are a group of foreign customers. Our experience was extremely bad, and we will definitely never set foot in there again. Avoid at all costs.

24/09/2026: The cashier was very friendly; however, I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy from some of the kitchen staff and the poor cleanliness of the tables near the games area. I arrived with my daughters at 7 pm and several tables hadn't been cleaned from the afternoon's customers.

23/09/2026: The food was good, especially the beef. The selection of side dishes was also appreciated. The staff were friendly, both at the till and when collecting hot meals.
