20/02/2026: A superb hotel in Péronne. We spent one night there and were delighted. We received a very warm welcome and were given room 106. There were two of us, and the room was spacious and very well-equipped. Spotlessly clean. Perfect bedding. The heating had been set before our arrival, and the room was nice and warm. We had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also perfect. It had been a long time since we had seen one so comprehensive. The breakfast hostess was very friendly. We are not giving our stay five stars because there is one small issue that prevents it from being absolutely perfect. We collected our key card in the afternoon and did not go to our room immediately. We returned to the hotel at 9:30 p.m. and discovered that our key card was not activated. Fortunately, other guests were checking in at the same time as us, and we were able to contact the night staff, who resolved the problem without delay. It was just a minor mishap, but without the other guests, we would have been left in the cold and rain, unable to get into the hotel. We will definitely return to this establishment.

16/08/2026: We were passing through and discovered this excellent crêperie with a very warm welcome. The owners are very friendly.

10/08/2026: My opinion is very mixed. The initial welcome was rather strange, a mix of smiles and tension. The terrace is pleasant. The prices are on the high end... For everything to be homemade, I found—or rather, we found—quite bland... the crêpes and omelets... the fries, advertised as amazing... I'm still looking for them.... The prices are frankly exorbitant... you can find much cheaper places by the sea, especially considering we were already overcharged. In short, a nice place, but nothing more.

06/09/2026: I was personally mistreated on several occasions by what appears to be the manager. The welcome was cold, and the remarks and exchanges were extremely rude and offensive. This happened multiple times. I will never set foot in that place again.

08/09/2026: What a disappointment! The Welsh rarebit tasted like reheated food. The service was mediocre at best; we asked for a carafe of water and bread, which was never brought. The waitress was cold, didn't know the menu, and didn't even bother to ask. And to top it all off, the Irish coffee was served in a broken glass.

02/09/2026: The same family atmosphere and the great selection of vegetables and dishes are always a hit when we want a quick meal with our kids, when we're too lazy to cook! The staff is helpful and welcoming, yet efficient. It's clean. Update 02/09/26: Four years later, we're still just as happy! Our children, now teenagers, still love it. It's very peaceful despite the crowds; we enjoy lingering there. The vegetables are very diverse. They sometimes offer slightly "risky" options for a restaurant, like calf's liver, which you don't usually find in restaurants anymore, for example.

07/09/2026: We're regulars at this restaurant. We just like to drink good wine in large glasses. And here they're serving small glasses. A small investment in larger glasses would be nice. 🥰

29/07/2026: The waitress was very friendly and kind. The linguine burrata was delicious—absolutely divine! And the profiteroles, mmm, excellent with their individual little melted chocolate. We had a lovely time on the terrace in the sunshine.

06/09/2026: The loaves of bread have shrunk... The pastry portions are smaller, and there are fewer staff serving: there are clearly cost-cutting measures in place.

31/08/2026: I ordered a salad as part of a set menu for over €13, including dessert. The avocado was practically nonexistent! At that price, there should at least be half an avocado! On the other hand, there was toast! The container looked large, but that's just an illusion. I'm extremely disappointed! I think it's far too expensive for what it is! However, the food was good and the service was excellent.

16/05/2026: We had dinner there this Saturday without a reservation and were very warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was very calm and the food was excellent. The value for money was outstanding! We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: It's truly a beautiful place, with the cheese cravings you'd expect. I highly recommend the all-you-can-eat cheese.

24/10/2025: Disaster...no mussels or fish at Leon's...??..ribeye steak that wasn't one....corked wine...I should have known better with the empty dining room....waitress was okay but doing what she could with what she had...disappointed..

14/07/2026: To begin with, it's no longer a BP but an Esso. And frankly, I wouldn't call that a truck stop. It's been a very long time since I last stopped here, but it was the last time. First of all, they charge for parking without any discounts at the restaurant. The station's hours are 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekends. There are no toilets or showers, so outside of those hours, there's no Wi-Fi, no restaurant, no parking, and the buffet restaurant is very meager. Why pay for parking under these conditions? And I'm not going to pay it. Next time, I'll stop on the highway; there's no point in wasting time. They should take a page from Germany's book regarding truck stops.
