04/11/2024: Disappointed with the hotel. No breakfast, not suitable for babies, no elevator, baby bed not installed.
And especially the room above the terrace, very noisy and smell of food.
For more than €210 per night, I expected much better.
Very good location though.

22/08/2024: We perhaps came a little late, the shelves must be better stocked when it comes out of the oven. The biscuits tasted good but they were often soft (which is strange for crunchy ones in particular). We'll have to come back another time to try again, the smells and the shop are still tempting! A little lacking in commercial sense when a 3 year old child is drooling with envy over the cakes.

07/07/2024: Small improvised restaurant with my other half and what a nice surprise! We had a great time, the dessert dishes were all really good! Very welcoming staff. Very good address and not excessive. We highly recommend!

02/09/2024: An impeccable welcome, fresh and superbly cooked products, a well-balanced value for money, a breathtaking view of this magnificent little port, in short very satisfied with our visit and a special mention to the young waiter Antoine who received us very well with a smile and his kindness. Well done to him and everyone.

10/09/2024: Very disappointing meal, nice location, friendly staff but meals expensive and mediocre. Avoid the Caesar salad, which only has the name, a sucrine cut with 4 strips of parmesan and above all little pieces of burnt nuggets, all that for €22, that's not respecting your customers, even Mc's Do is really better. The octopus is still okay, although rubbery.
We wonder if there really is a chef in the kitchen. Damage.
08/09/2024: Very warm welcome! Too bad the dishes are sorely lacking in flavor! Octopus just grilled, perfectly cooked but no seasoning or sauce, no taste! With mashed potatoes (half mashed!) cooked in water, without any flavor! The dish arrived lukewarm, Very disappointed! The egg casserole is very good!

13/08/2024: Nous avions réservé le jour même pour 20h30. Arriver a l'heure nous avons été servi 1 heure plus tard pour 2 tartares. On nous annonce qu'il n'y a plus de frites pour accompagner notre viande.
Bref sans que cela soit une mauvaise expérience c'était tout de même moyen. Cependant le personnel est très accueillant et les tartares plutôt bons.

22/09/2024: On ne s’attend pas à trouver un tel restaurant dans cette rue peu commerçante. Très bonne expérience de l’entrée au dessert, des produits frais très bien travaillés, un personnel gentils et aux petits soins.
Une très bonne adresse sur Hyères
08/09/2024: Nous connaissons La Colombe depuis sa création , mais nous n'étions pas revenu de puis plusieurs années . Nous avons avec plaisir constaté que les valeurs de base du restaurant sont intactes : qualité des produits, recherche des saveurs, rigueur du chef, menu-carte répondant à touts les attentes, prix justifiés avec une mention pour le prix raisonnable des vins au verre (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les restaurants gastronomiques ....).
Un seul bémol : une expérience gastronomique réussie demande aussi un rythme de service , et là, l'attente beaucoup trop longue du dessert nous a privés de l'apprécier pleinement.

05/11/2024: A magnificent, rejuvenating stay on this zen island. We had almost all our meals in the hotel restaurant as we appreciated the variety and quality of the menu...the setting added to the pleasure of the meal 🤩
The swimming pool is also very very pleasant and quiet.
We were able to buy a little "souvenir" in Julie's shop which offers pretty clothes....
In short, we will come back ❤️
05/09/2024: I recently stayed at the Heliotel on the Ile du Levant and could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. What really set them apart was their genuine warmth and compassion—they treated us like part of their family, making the entire stay feel personal and welcoming.
The hotel itself is a gem. The restaurant is outstanding, easily rivaling the best metropolitan dining experiences with its fresh, beautifully prepared dishes. The pool and garden area offer a tranquil escape, and the views of the Mediterranean are absolutely breathtaking. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the Heliotel for anyone looking for an exceptional getaway.
