02/04/2024: Very good food and top service. We arrived at 9:30 p.m. and got a table after 5 minutes of waiting. We chose our dishes while waiting. The white paolina, new on the market, is very refreshing. And the Corsican whiskey is just as excellent.

The welcome was warm, the dishes were plentiful and excellent!! It must be even better when the weather is nice on the terrace...

07/03/2024: This is an absolutely magical hotel. Everything from top to bottom was fantastic. Waking up in the shadow of the Popes Palace is a surreal feeling. This is the only place I'd ever stay at when visiting Avignon in the future.
21/02/2024: We took a cooking class with Laetitia Visse, chef of the butcher's wife in Marseille.
Very good day with meal preparation, aperitif in the cellar, coffee on the patio.
Very good time in a magnificent setting and a top chef.
I recommend the cooking classes at this place.
