20/09/2024: We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the lunch menu and it was great! The hostess and staff are very friendly. When the steak on the menu ran out due to the crowds, I was given a very tasty sirloin steak instead. We were well looked after and have returned several times. Top! 🤩

20/09/2024: I go there every vacation... the staff recognizes me... very well received, very well eaten. I highly recommend this restaurant with its view of the port of Jard sur mer

23/02/2024: I went to eat at this restaurant once, but that was a long time ago, in 2010, when it was still called Maître Kanter's Tavern. I have very good memories of it. Now, I regularly pass by this restaurant in the evening to consult the menu, perhaps just to return. But when I see the work right outside the door, I pity the bosses. I hope for their sake that the work has no impact on their customers. The other evening I walked by and thought of a recent song by Pierre Perret called "Paris saccagée" released last year; And the idea came to me to perhaps write a song on the same model, but entitled “La Roche-Sur-Yon en travail”! All this work at the same time in La Roche, fed up, and I hope it doesn't bother the traders too much.

25/08/2024: A very nice campsite with old trees and a beautiful location right on the beach. Very nice on-site restaurant with friendly service and an attractive outdoor area. Highly recommended!

24/08/2024: Camping 100% pitches, what a pleasure. We stayed there for 3 weeks and we are delighted with our stay. Very pleasant staff, clean and well-maintained toilets, spacious and shaded pitches just a stone's throw from the beach. Calm and tranquility await you. The restaurant is very good and has a beautiful decor. The only downside is that there would need to be a 3rd toilet block and current access to the beach is not practical. Also, 1 small theme evening from time to time would be nice. Poo bags for doggies are available, unfortunately the incivility of certain people is in the spotlight. A trash can at the beach level access gate would be nice. Exit from the campsite, direct access to cycle paths and shops. We will definitely come back to this superb campsite.

24/09/2024: Cuisine without much taste. Bland, tasteless mussels. The bald and bearded waiter does not appreciate the comments and jokes. He should change careers. Not friendly. Without much interest as a brewery.

16/09/2024: Beaucoup (trop ?) de choix sur une carte qui fait saliver ! Un accueil très chaleureux et pas mal de monde, on sent tout de suite une bonne ambiance. Serveurs qui connaissent bien leur job ! Un menu enfant (8,9€) au bon rapport qualité/prix. Côté adulte petit bémol sur le rapport qualité/prix justement. Un peu cher pour des plats qui ne sont pas dingues. Les burgers n'étaient pas géniaux... : à peine coupés que tout se dépiotent. Les quantités sont moindre que sur les photos de la carte. Reviendra, reviendra pas ... ??? On hésite !

16/09/2024: Insatisfaite de mon désert j ai commander une coupe deux boules avec accompagnement on C est tromper et le serveur chef de rang n a pas degner la refaire il m'a rajouter une boule dans ma coupelle alors que mes voisines qui on pris la même chose avait des belles coupes qu' elle frustration ......

15/09/2024: Entrée, plat, dessert pas cher et bon ! On a déjeuné dans ce resto ouvert depuis 51 ans, situé à proximité de la 4 voies, sans les nuisances et en campagne. Cadre correct, service rapide !

Except that it no longer serves salad because it is no longer in the summer season and therefore more staff, strange for a restaurant. In addition, it does not indicate on the menu the exact composition of its ingredients, misleading for people with food intolerances or other prohibitions. The shame is the indecent price of the 1 liter plastic Evian water bottle: in stores it must be around 0.50 cents, there it is sold for 5 euros, a total scam. You can make your own pancake, cool, but without chicken, noted on the menu but they don't have it because not enough people eat it...... Well, don't put it on your menu as ingredients possible .... In short.....Flee this restaurant!!!!

07/12/2024: A La Faute sur Mer en Décembre trouver un restaurant est facile,ils sont tous fermés ! Le Casino étant ouvert toute l’année nous rentrons dans cet établissement avec la vue sur la baie de l’aiguillon (magnifique !!!) Pas vraiment de choix de menus, ce que l’on peut comprendre étant hors saison touristique.La salle est vide. L’entrée simple devait être bonne (la veille)??? La viande n’était pas de qualité et seul le dessert était acceptable 31 euros pour ce déjeuner ne m’incite pas à revenir dans ce lieu ☹️
