01/02/2026: We made a reservation at noon, and the welcome was polite but frankly not warm, even unpleasant. The first thing we were told was, "However, you only have an hour; we need the table by 1 p.m." (even though we had another reservation; being rushed like that is not pleasant). Our orders were taken coldly. The savory crepes were very good, but the sweet crepes were small in both quantity and flavor, though still tasty. We were forced to eat our meal and dessert quickly without taking the time to chat. We felt like we were bothering them throughout the entire service; not a single smile. It's a shame, as it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, despite the positive reviews.

12/03/2026: We visited Café Marion for Valentine's Day and it's a superb place. The dishes are incredible, with generous portions and very affordable prices. The little Valentine's Day decorations were cute, and we were even offered a complimentary soup as a starter. Thank you to Julien and Lucas for their warm welcome and excellent service.

09/03/2026: A huge disappointment with the French toast (was it frozen?), which was really not up to standard. It's therefore difficult to justify prices that are higher than many other restaurants in Versailles... Furthermore, parking in the area is extremely difficult in the evening.

25/02/2026: I love this restaurant! The 1930s brasserie atmosphere is incredible, and the waiters, especially Xavier and Jeremy, are always very friendly. The food is also very good, and the market dishes are always very well chosen. It's a true institution.

22/02/2026: A really find. It looks tiny, but upstairs is a Warren of tables squeezed in everywhere and it was packed. Great traditional French food. We loved it.

08/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Véranda. The space is superb, very bright, with a lovely view of the castle grounds. The food was delicious. The staff is friendly and very attentive (managing food allergies). I highly recommend it!

05/03/2026: A lovely establishment with attentive service. The dishes are refined and beautifully presented. It's a shame the side dish isn't included with the main course. I recommend ordering some (the polenta is delicious). I'll be back this summer to enjoy the terrace.

20/01/2026: A wonderful experience at this secluded restaurant right next to the castle. A magnificent lunch menu showcasing beautiful, perfectly cooked ingredients. The dining room, spread over two floors, is small, cozy, and has a slightly old-fashioned charm. The service was very attentive, if a little slow, but the welcome was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

28/12/2025: We came for an all-you-can-eat brunch (€33/person), and everything went very well 👍🏽 The buffet is small but of good quality. The verrines (small glass jars) are excellent. One small, constructive comment: the orange juicer isn't very practical; there are models with handles that would be much better. I recommend it ✨️
