Warm welcome.
The scallops were perfectly prepared, and the pollack with turmeric vegetables was also delicious.
The view from the terrace is magnificent.
22/04/2026: Very, very disappointed... The oysters were very milky, poorly opened, and full of shells. The white wine was served warm, and when we pointed it out, we received a dubious look. They offered us a taste of the wine, barely listened to my feedback, and didn't even pour our glasses. We're not usually demanding, but a minimum of professionalism would have been appreciated when sharing such a good bottle of wine with my wife.
The vegetables were steamed, crunchy, like the pollack, and the sauce was added. The dish was tasteless; thankfully, pollack is an exceptional fish. The puff pastry in the mille-feuille dessert was burnt, completely overpowering the taste and ruining our meal. I'm not usually one to write this kind of review, but I strongly advise against going there. The new channel is currently full of rocks that pose a danger to its future.

08/04/2026: Passing through Quimper for the first time on business, this place is an absolute must-see. Fantastic welcome. Unique decor combining wood and steel. Behind the bar, smiles were guaranteed… I'll definitely be back for the two Morganes (the beer) and the waitress! 🥰🥰🥰
03/04/2026: Irish-style pub with a great atmosphere and tasteful decor. The place is spacious and has different areas, perfect for a quiet drink or a comfortable dinner.
We had a wonderful dinner; the food was delicious and beautifully presented. A good selection of beers and drinks, ideal for spending time with friends.
We're from La Rioja, Spain, and we loved the experience. The atmosphere is lively and friendly; definitely a place to return to! 👍

28/01/2026: Arriving in January and not having heating in the rooms isn't very pleasant. The boiler supposedly takes a long time to start, according to the receptionist (I think it simply wasn't running).
13/01/2026: Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed frozen, which was a bad start… then the elevator broke down. When I got to the room, it must have been 15 degrees Celsius. I was hoping to work on my computer, but it was impossible. I had to take refuge in bed, adding extra blankets and cold, damp sheets. The bathroom fan heater ran for part of the night to try and raise the temperature, but it was noisy, so the night was short and bad. Clearly, the room hadn't been heated for some time, so it was a very bad experience for me. I can understand that there might be a heating problem or that the heating system is being used economically, but I would have liked to have been informed before paying so I could have chosen whether to stay or not. The hotel owner was perfectly aware of the heating problem, but no compensation or additional heating was offered. I do not recommend this hotel and will not return. It's a shame because the hotel is well located and quiet.

17/04/2026: The fact that both sites are under construction makes visiting them less appealing. I was warned by the staff upon arrival and the price was lower... but still disappointed.
The staff were excellent...friendly, smiling, and helpful.
16/04/2026: Just left Oceanopolis and my impression was very average. Even though it's under construction, it's not up to the standard of major aquariums like La Rochelle. We're a bit disappointed.
