02/03/2026: Fantastic experience on a Friday lunchtime. The dining room was very pleasant and, above all, tastefully decorated. The menu was flawless, with generous portions. Excellent value for money, allowing you to treat yourself (we had a starter, main course, and dessert). The cocktails looked tempting. We will definitely be back. I think it's best to book in advance, as both dining rooms were full.

01/03/2026: Disappointed! The price is far too high for what you get. I'm talking about the starter (a goat cheese tartlet that's actually a kind of large blini with a cheap, smeared cheese topping and two slices of beetroot, really?!) And the dessert: a slice of brownie with a tasteless mousse. Only the main course was decent. €45 for a bottle of wine... what a treat! The setting, however, is pretty and pleasant. In short, you pay for the location, but they're taking advantage of the customer, given the poor value for money. We won't be going back.

08/02/2026: That was absolutely fantastic!!! Warm and excellent service at the highest level! The quality of the food is unparalleled – the name says it all: UMAMI from the first bite to the last! The only thing I find baffling is that the restaurant is "only" rated 4.7! Anyone looking for flaws here clearly doesn't frequent Michelin-starred restaurants and simply doesn't appreciate the perfect all-around experience at such fair prices!

25/01/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had lunch at the restaurant, the set menu, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, refined, and delicious! We especially loved the cocktail (a reimagined Gin Fizz with ginger), which was perfectly balanced, as well as the dessert (a matcha green tea pavlova with bean paste, lemon, and sorbet) which truly transported us. We'll be back to try the dinner menu!

20/02/2026: It was on Valentine's Day that we first discovered the Auberge des Saints Pères. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We were seated in a beautifully decorated room, where small bouquets of fresh flowers and heart-shaped rhinestones adorned each table. The ambient music and soft lighting created a gentle and romantic atmosphere. We began the evening with a delightful house cocktail. The small appetizers and delicate velouté served were a promising start to the meal. The courses that followed were all perfectly executed, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a festival of colors and flavors, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Throughout the meal, we enjoyed a very pleasant champagne. Our Valentine's Day date was a complete success! A huge thank you to the chef and his team for this unforgettable experience, as well as to the professional, friendly, and smiling waitstaff, whose touch of humor was particularly delightful. A truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
