The setting was elegant and very pleasant, ideal for a truly enjoyable experience. Special mention also goes to the service: professional, attentive, and warm, exactly as we like it. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered (or rediscovered). We will gladly return!

07/04/2026: We've been to Umami several times now – both for lunch and dinner – and it's been absolutely fantastic every time. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, the value for money is truly outstanding. The concept is deliberately minimalist: a fixed menu (vegetarian or classic options), hardly any substitutions, and a small team with just one person in the front of house and one in the kitchen. But that's precisely what makes it so charming. The quality of the dishes is consistently very high, without any unnecessary frills. You definitely leave satisfied and don't feel like you've only eaten tiny portions. Worth a visit every time – highly recommended!

24/04/2026: A delightful surprise, tucked away from the more touristy Collioure: a single set menu at lunchtime, a guarantee of freshness and quality. Everything is original, expertly prepared, flavorful, and aromatic. We would have loved to find a few more slices of marinated mackerel in the ramen bowl, but we readily forgive this shortcoming, given the excellent value for money. As you can tell, we highly recommend it!

22/02/2026: A magnificent restaurant in the heart of Aurillac. The menu was a delight to browse, the ingredients carefully selected, and Florian was friendly and knowledgeable about his menu. The dishes were incredible, and the prices more than reasonable. We have absolutely no complaints except to say thank you and that we will definitely be back.

15/02/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but in this particular case, I find the gap between the ratings and reality far too wide. The quality of the food served is, at best, uninteresting. The wine served by the glass is unacceptable; we had to ask for a replacement. An acidic, stale Bordeaux was replaced with a Burgundy that was equally uninteresting. As for the main courses, from appetizer to dessert, well, let's just say: bland butternut squash soup, tasteless prawns, squid drowning in an unidentifiable sauce. The pluma was acceptable, but the truffle pasta was undercooked and also swimming in sauce… the duck was overcooked. And for dessert, between the mishmash of ingredients in the profiterole and the chocolate fondant, objectively, Picard does better… the Pavlova tries to compensate for poor quality with quantity. In short, an address to forget quickly. A complete overhaul of the kitchen is necessary.
