Seared duck breast tataki with freshly baked Paimpol beans, veal shoulder with mild spices and preserved lemon, accompanied by meltingly tender roasted vegetables, soft and caramelized French toast with apricot coulis… A delight! Romain Lalu could work in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but he has chosen bistronomy as his playground. Everyone can enjoy it! His cuisine respects seasonal produce, is inventive, and generous. 14/09/2026: A great find! We had brunch and everything was delicious. I recommend the Cheshire waffle and their matcha tea. The place is beautifully decorated in an Alice in Wonderland style.
