An address that we recommend with our eyes closed for successful events. Thanks for everything! 🙌

Excellent value for money, and the staff is helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Gabriel for his professionalism and the quality of his service, worthy of the finest restaurants. 14/09/2024: Last night I ate at this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, upon entry, I discovered a dead fly on the salmon gravlax. Barely an apology from the waitress, nor any gestures.. We were disappointed with our experience.

01/09/2024: Unexpected arrival, search for a welcoming solution, with a smile, a highly crafted fish dish, flavors, copious. We haven't eaten so well for a long time in a restaurant with managers who understand their job and who do it with heart and a smile. Thanks also to the young waitress for her kindness. We feel that the chef likes to please his customers. Don't change anything. An evening that will remain engraved. We're going back this week. THANKS.

29/09/2024: The service and meal were excellent. We were served quickly, the waitress presented the dishes very well which highlighted them. The dishes were fine and refined, combining truly original flavors. Only small regrets: the chef was unfortunately overwhelmed and was unable to provide one of the 3 desserts on the menu, the choice of wines was a little limited, and the bill was a little high at the end of the meal.

16/12/2024: What a great discovery! 😋 But remember to book in advance, it’s essential. First of all, the environment, in the heart of the bastide town of Lannepax, in a quiet area. No problem parking, it's nice. Then the superb Gers house which houses the restaurant was renovated whilst retaining its historic charm. The decor is pleasant without being flashy. Here everything is about delicacy and a certain refinement. Finally, the meal: A la carte on Sunday lunch, it was a treat from start to finish. I have fond memories of the breaded soft-boiled egg and the chocolate sphere, a lovely surprise burst of flavors! The fish, ideally cooked lean, melts in the mouth. In short, a pleasant moment to savor, in the first sense of the term. The wine list is impressive with lovely regional wines and some great standards. The service is efficient and discreet, and the bill is correct for the quality of the overall service. A big thank you to the entire La Faleine bleue team! We will come back, for sure!
