22/10/2025: Such an amazing experience. Liz and Joe were the most gracious hosts and treated my partner and I exceptionally. With an incredibly informative tour, exceptional food and world class wine. Anything written in this review doesn't do the evening we spent with them enough credit to an unforgettable night and lovley people. If we ever have the opportunity of being in the region again, we will be returning.

24/09/2025: Winery visit: it is impossible to overstate the warmth of hospitality of Joe and Liz! We arrived as strangers, and left feeling like family. The winery tour was everything we could have hoped for: starting with a chilled glass of white on the terrace overlooking the hills, tasting grapes on the vine about to be harvested, a tour of the equipment, pouring wines straight from the tank and dipping a cask, with Joe telling anecdotes about the history as well as explaining how it’s done. Finally Liz’s amazing and generous cooking in their beautiful dining room, including her home-cured salmon. She even tweaked the menu to ensure that our young Asian friends got a home-cooked rice dish. Convivial doesn’t begin to describe it. Thankfully, Liz also arranged with our taxi driver to come back rather later than originally planned 😂. Practical note: it’s about 20 minutes drive from Carcassonne and they can recommend taxi drivers.

07/07/2026: This place is an absolute find. It is a wonderful restaurant serving fantabulous simple style Indian food elegantly served, and tremendously delicious. The owner is an artist and a jazz fan and he has created an ambience where you are welcomed as if a member of his family. You are invited to enjoy a fab meal as if at a family table. I would not hesitate This place is a gem. Hurry there, eat there and enjoy.

09/07/2026: The products are undeniably high quality and well-executed. However, I must express reservations about the octopus salad: 28 euros for a few small pieces of octopus thrown onto a simple salad with onions and a few croutons. Very expensive and not very elaborate. The plate lacked color, and the presentation wasn't even attractive. In my humble opinion, this dish needs to be reviewed and reworked. Not very filling for a main course. Absolutely no point in ordering it at that price. A shame, because the rest was very good.

The local cuisine was absolutely delicious, but what really made the experience special was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the chefs and waitress. Their kindness and conviviality truly made it a 5-star experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

14/08/2026: Excellent dinner. The starter was refreshingly spicy. The fish dish was perfectly cooked with subtle flavors. A lovely terrace in the heart of a beautiful Provençal village. A perfect dinner.

27/06/2026: Delicious! I ordered the shrimp salad, which was amazing. The dressing was spectacular, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. For dessert, I ordered the salted caramel ice cream with popcorn, which was also delicious. Last but not least, the service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home.
