12/03/2026: The best meal of our Paris trip! The restaurant is crowded and bustling with people excited to eat good food, and by god, do they ever. From ambiance to decor to service, Le Servan nails exactly the right vibe and atmosphere, and it was a pleasure to lunch here from start to finish. And the food, well... Every dish was a surprise, a wink and nod of flavor mashups and texture triumphs. Truly delicious stuff here folks. We got the oysters zakutski, then for apps white asparagus and langoustine & pork ravioli, then the fish du jour (white fish, pumpkin and caviar) to end. (We also got some wines, which were good but I'm not as partial to the natural wine wave so YMMV.) We were too full for dessert and, anyways, had a pocket pain au chocolat from the best boulangerie in the city stashed away (solque bruno). What was I saying? Oh, right - go eat here and be happy.

11/03/2026: A very pleasant evening at Le Servan. We found ourselves at your restaurant following Michelin recommendations. The food was good and quite generous, and the waiter provided excellent service in making his recommendations. Furthermore, the staff is accustomed to an international clientele, which is a definite plus. The only downside, and it's a bit of a shame, was the rather ordinary tableware and the somewhat high wine prices.

17/02/2026: Fantastic experience at Flammes & Co in Kaysersberg during our stay in Colmar! A truly warm welcome, despite our young baby – we immediately felt comfortable and welcome, which was so appreciated ❤️ And the food… absolutely delicious! Special mention for the "Coin Coin" flammekueche, which I highly recommend: flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful culinary experience; we will definitely be back!

24/02/2026: Excellent food; the grilled fish is highly recommended, as are the other dishes. Efficient service. Located on a pedestrian street with several shops, bars, and restaurants, this one is definitely worth a visit. A great find!

17/02/2026: We dined at this restaurant (a small group of seven) and received a warm and professional welcome. The food was homemade and prepared with care, which was much appreciated. Special mention goes to the profiteroles, which were served with true expertise, and especially to the authentic chocolate, served properly in its little copper pot. A friendly atmosphere—what more could you ask for? Our only goal is to return with pleasure. Thank you again for everything.

12/02/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!!! There's nobody there, and it's easy to see why..... No smiles, the food was served cold and of very poor quality. Only the fried rice and the stir-fried noodles were good. It makes you wonder if the good reviews are true.......

16/02/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering "Le Murmure Fracassant," a Parisian brasserie, several times last week during Vinexpo, and honestly, it was probably the best decision of my trip. I was alone at the trade fair with my winery, so by the end of the day I definitely didn't have the energy to take the metro across Paris in search of a "trendy" spot. From my hotel (the Montcalm), all I had to do was get off the metro, walk ten meters, and sit down at Le Murmure Fracassant to get something to eat. And what a relief! It's a very lively place: constant coming and going, noise, rather small tables, and a high turnover. Here, it never stops. The servers have impressive energy and focus, because the pace is intense, but the quality and attention are always there. And that's rare. I went there for dinner twice. For my first meal, I had the beef tartare with Bleu d'Auvergne cheese and walnuts, served with fries and salad: fresh, well-seasoned, and generous—exactly the kind of dish that revives you after a long day at a trade show. All accompanied by a glass of Secondé champagne, perfect for unwinding. The following evening, having arrived late, I was seated at the counter, a great option. I started with Burgundy snails in homemade parsley butter, followed by a very generous portion of comforting fish and chips. And for my last morning: a full breakfast with bacon, scrambled eggs, brioche, and Darjeeling tea. Simple, satisfying, and prepared with care. Why go to Murmure Fracassant? Because I felt comfortable there, quite simply. Because you're dealing with professionals, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. The dishes were substantial, with clean, assertive flavors where acidity and spices took center stage, and that was just perfect. Special mention also goes to the staff: we even shared a few laughs at my rusty French, which I mixed freely between French, English, and Italian… quite a show! In short: I can't wait to go back, perhaps with slightly more fluent French this time. Thank you and see you soon! ^_^

J'aime beaucoup le cadre, au milieu des chevaux, la cuisine est simple mais excellente, c'est familial, le patron est adorable et les prix ? je me demande comment ils font. Nous étions un Vendredi soir, il y avait donc un spectacle musical, j'habite à 10mn, aucun doute, j'y retournerai.

10/06/2025: It's not sushi season, it's sushi heaven! 😍 The best I've had in the Île-de-France region. Ultra-fresh, delicious, and lightning-fast service (5 minutes flat for takeout). And a lovely team, so attentive. A real gem! 🫶🏻

Excellent value for money, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention to Gabriel for his professionalism and the quality of his service, worthy of the finest restaurants. I highly recommend it and I will be back!
