13/05/2026: It's high time you got your act together because you're heading for closure. This place used to be great; I remember the seafood salad was simply divine. Now it's awful, absolutely awful. I come back from time to time because you have a fantastic waiter; the other one left, which is a real shame, but keep going like this and McDonald's will replace you.

14/05/2026: Beautiful art deco hotel located in the city center. The rooms are spotless and have a lovely view of the park. Slippers are provided. There's a TV (though with limited channels), air conditioning, an iron, a refrigerator, and a safe. The breakfast buffet is very good and reasonably priced. There are convenience stores nearby. Parking is difficult to find. We would definitely return.

22/02/2026: Nothing like traditional Alsatian sauerkraut... All the meats are vacuum-cooked and cut to order! The cabbage is bland and doesn't taste like the meats cooked together at all. For €26 a plate, run away! You can find this kind of food in supermarkets! Very, very disappointed... This restaurant owner clearly lacks respect for all of Alsace and is apparently completely unscrupulous. My advice: keep walking, you'll certainly find better elsewhere. Have a good day everyone...

07/06/2026: I've been to this establishment several times before, and frankly, it's always been excellent. However, last night was a complete disaster. We waited almost two hours before our order was even taken. Since my mother is diabetic, this wait was particularly difficult. The waitress was very kind, pleasant, and understanding, but she was completely overwhelmed. She was alone, managing both the terrace and the interior of the restaurant, which is incredibly difficult to handle. When our food finally arrived, the disappointment continued: the meals were cold, and the meat was far too overcooked. Frankly, I'm at a loss for words; the quality was so poor this time. I do want to acknowledge the restaurant's gesture of goodwill in offering us complimentary drinks, which was much appreciated. I sincerely hope this bad experience will remain a one-off, but there are clearly some areas that need improvement.

06/06/2026: I went there last night after it reopened following renovations. The welcome, service, and food were top-notch, nothing to complain about. The new owner has brightened up the dining room, and the terrace too; they've been given a thorough cleaning, and it shows! I'll be back!

30/01/2026: We had a good meal. The service was a bit impersonal. But we certainly wouldn't have come if Pascal Jenny hadn't been playing the piano! What a joy to hear him again in this magical place, which has lost some of its soul with his absence. If only he could come back more often. We could listen to him for hours. Just one small detail: it's a shame about the stickers on such a beautiful piano.

27/01/2026: There was a time when we could have spoken of it as a Mulhouse institution, a place where the world's elite came to meet. Today, with a maximum of ten customers per evening on weekdays, mostly from the hotel, the bar, with its modest selection and high prices, no longer attracts anyone.

29/04/2026: I waited half an hour to be served. The waitress came by several times without answering, so I got up and left. As a resident of Mulhouse, this is a disgrace to the city, which used to be so classy. Incompetent staff. I urge you to avoid this place.

12/12/2025: The bread is good (but not always), the saleswomen are helpful, but it takes forever, especially the light brown-haired woman with blue eyes; you can tell she's not paid by the piece.

11/12/2025: We visited this place just before it closed for New Year's Eve. The desserts were good, nothing particularly amazing, but good. Going there at the end of the day probably isn't the best for freshness, but we made do.

25/05/2026: Extremely unpleasant service. The saleswomen openly admit to not answering the phone. When you receive a customer, you look them in the eye, remain polite and professional instead of rolling your eyes. If you don't like this job, change careers.

25/05/2026: The welcome was frankly unpleasant. We felt like we were bothering them from beginning to end. The waitresses were haughty, unfriendly, and constantly looked up at us; we didn't feel welcome for a single second. If interacting with customers is a chore, it's far too obvious. A very bad experience; we won't be back. 🫥

17/02/2026: The managers are really welcoming and the atmosphere is great when it's dance party time, but I'm less of a fan of the karaoke nights. I've been there several times and always had a good laugh; the cocktails are generous. However, using the bar's Facebook page to promote the National Rally is really unnecessary. Sometimes you just have to promote your own establishment; that's all you need.

05/12/2025: Updated December 2023 to December 2025. Two years in, and it's still a great place to go if you enjoy a friendly atmosphere. This bar is truly fantastic!!! Welcome, friendliness, humanity. The food. What more can I say...? Davide and Lydia are amazing. A warm and welcoming place to laugh, sing, and eat. The clientele is fantastic. I highly recommend it 😘😘😘😘😘 Go for it! Satisfaction guaranteed!!!!! Thank you, owners!!!!
