14/02/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. We ordered, but didn't receive our food, and then they came back to tell us there was no more food in the kitchen. So we were never served and had to leave the restaurant.

03/01/2026: We were warmly welcomed. It's worth noting that we hadn't made a reservation for New Year's Eve, but they found us a table quite quickly. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. We were seated at 7:50 pm and received our cocktails at 8:00 pm. Upon receiving our cocktails, we asked for the menu. The waiter informed us that it was a set New Year's Eve menu with an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. This sounded familiar, so we remained unaware of the price, as it wasn't mentioned. We waited from 8:00 pm to 8:50 pm to be served. During this time, people were arriving, being seated, and some were leaving. So, at 8:53 pm, we asked, "When will we be served?" We were told that service begins at 9:00 pm, which was 1 hour and 10 minutes after we were seated. At 9:15 PM, we received the amuse-bouche, and to get the rest of the meal, we had to ask a server, despite our empty plates being clearly visible. Each course took approximately 15-30 minutes. 9:15 PM: amuse-bouche, 9:33 PM: starter, 10:15 PM: main course, and 10:52 PM: dessert. (I have photos, which is why the times are so precise). So, three hours for an incomplete service because some people had left. They weren't short-staffed, as some servers weren't doing anything, while others had time to check their phones during service to answer calls or take snaps. We regret the lack of information upon arrival, especially for a special evening like this. We only heard the price by overhearing a conversation between a server and some customers after the amuse-bouche had begun. Approximately €79 per person, including cocktails. I don't know whether to say that I don't recommend this restaurant or just ask questions before sitting down, especially on a special evening.

30/01/2026: We had a good meal. The service was a bit impersonal. But we certainly wouldn't have come if Pascal Jenny hadn't been playing the piano! What a joy to hear him again in this magical place, which has lost some of its soul with his absence. If only he could come back more often. We could listen to him for hours. Just one small detail: it's a shame about the stickers on such a beautiful piano.

27/01/2026: There was a time when we could have spoken of it as a Mulhouse institution, a place where the world's elite came to meet. Today, with a maximum of ten customers per evening on weekdays, mostly from the hotel, the bar, with its modest selection and high prices, no longer attracts anyone.

05/02/2026: Small café in Mulhouse, a hidden gem in France 🇫🇷 We discovered the café while out for a walk.

03/02/2026: Excellent coffee, very friendly atmosphere. The service provided was top-notch. I had Elena: an incredibly friendly, funny, and remarkably humble person! The glass of white wine offered also met my expectations. This outing was a complete success, thanks in particular to the Guillaume Tell bar and especially to the waitress 🙂

The service was professional and attentive without being intrusive, and the warm atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to grilled meat lovers.

27/02/2026: I wanted to order a crêpe to go and eat it at a table. However, an employee told me I had to pay an extra €1 because I had ordered it as a takeaway. The young woman was very aggressive, loud, unpleasant, and rude. She also wouldn't let me finish speaking and then ignored me. Customers are treated very rudely there – I've never experienced anything like it. I don't recommend Poulallion – I had a bad experience there.

29/01/2026: Very good. I liked the products and the service. However, you really should make an effort regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms.

12/12/2025: The bread is good (but not always), the saleswomen are helpful, but it takes forever, especially the light brown-haired woman with blue eyes; you can tell she's not paid by the piece.

11/12/2025: We visited this place just before it closed for New Year's Eve. The desserts were good, nothing particularly amazing, but good. Going there at the end of the day probably isn't the best for freshness, but we made do.

17/02/2026: The managers are really welcoming and the atmosphere is great when it's dance party time, but I'm less of a fan of the karaoke nights. I've been there several times and always had a good laugh; the cocktails are generous. However, using the bar's Facebook page to promote the National Rally is really unnecessary. Sometimes you just have to promote your own establishment; that's all you need.

05/12/2025: Updated December 2023 to December 2025. Two years in, and it's still a great place to go if you enjoy a friendly atmosphere. This bar is truly fantastic!!! Welcome, friendliness, humanity. The food. What more can I say...? Davide and Lydia are amazing. A warm and welcoming place to laugh, sing, and eat. The clientele is fantastic. I highly recommend it 😘😘😘😘😘 Go for it! Satisfaction guaranteed!!!!! Thank you, owners!!!!
