10/12/2025: Disappointed with this Michelin-starred restaurant.
We had dinner there; the €98 set menu wasn't worth the price.
It was okay, but nothing special, and the dishes were rather bland. No surprises, no dish that made us think, "Wow, that was amazing!" The service was adequate, but nothing more. One waiter was difficult to understand but very kind, and the other was not at all friendly.
We won't be going back, nor will we recommend it. What a shame.

17/11/2024: I absolutely love this restaurant. The owners are very nice and it is clearly a family business. The food is reasonably priced and worth the price. I will return to this restaurant one day. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat well at a low price.
they even have combo deals on food and it's a good thing for students like my friend and me.

05/12/2024: Good service even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing. There were 25 of us.
27/11/2024: Extremely disappointed with the reception yesterday at 7:00 p.m., 1 table occupied, high tables not set. With a friend just before a movie we want to have a beer, with pizza as an aperitif.
As soon as we ask if we can sit down for a drink, direct REFUSAL from the waiter, we specify with pizza aperitif + 4 euros on price, but that despite this it is privileged for customers who stay for dinner. We quickly understood that we were not welcome and in fact he sent us to the bowling alley for a drink.
Well done 👏 for the quality of service, don't be surprised if the establishment is not busy because it seems that turning away your potential customers is a habit.

L'Auberge des Chevaliers

04/06/2025: We spent a wonderful early June evening sitting outside in the plein air seating area of Auberge des Chevaliers, enjoying a meal of choucroute garnie with locally brewed (in Strasbourg) beer. The evening couldn't have been nicer, sunny and cool as the sun began to go down.
Service was wonderful. The waiter was nonplussed by our request to split two plates of choucroute garnie between four of us, and when the plates arrived, we were glad we'd made that decision. Servings were enormous, with each plate piled high with roasted pigs' knuckles, two kinds of sausages, and slices of roast pork that our German friends know as Kassler Rippchen.
In addition, there was a mound of sauerkraut, and with it, several boiled potatoes. The only discordant note was the cumin flavoring in the sauerkraut, which is far from traditional but increasingly popular in sauerkraut-loving areas of Europe.
08/05/2025: Restaurant not great at all took a mixed salad my friend also we did not eat it willingly not fresh put a piece of munster only crust the bread freeze hard as a stone lack of hygiene so to avoid

04/09/2024: I have been going to this recycling center for years and the staff are very unfriendly. Recently I had a refrigerator and some things to empty. I had to go to Illzach to empty my bulky items. Today I am being questioned to find out which town I come from, one of the two times was new but the second was the one that turned me away. So we shouldn't be surprised by wild dumpsites!!!!!!!!!!

17/09/2024: I am very shocked I was at McDonald's last night 2 rats passed by me, there was also a couple who saw them they reported the presence of rodents to the staff. I was disgusted and the hygiene is very questionable all the tables are dirty with food on the floor. The meals are lukewarm, this is the last time I will go back there. To be closed urgently ⚠️⚠️⚠️

06/06/2024: Presque tous les jours les mêmes légumes, les mêmes que dans le rayon surgelés... Et ça ne va pas forcément avec le plat du jour... et si on prend de la salade à la place des légumes chauds on paie un supplément... Merci d'en tenir compte !
05/04/2024: I think we shouldn't have to do the same job all our lives like some people in this store do. You have to change jobs to see something else, we are not machines and then stop working very early to make way for others (a sort of turnover otherwise we can talk about dictatorship at work). Otherwise, when it comes to sorting waste, there's no point pretending (yellow is recyclable but in Cora it's the world upside down).

29/07/2024: Terrasse spacieuse et agréable, le personnel est toujours courtois et poli. Le cordon bleu était excellent ! Une valeur sûre.
16/06/2024: Le personnel est toujours très professionnel et accueillant, même pour une grande tablée comme la nôtre. Les plats étaient excellents et bien servis. C'est toujours un plaisir de venir déjeuner ou dîner au Squash 3000.

C'est toujours un bonheur d'y aller manger.
Tout est parfait, l'accueil, le service et bien entendu la cuisine du chef.

06/09/2024: Un restaurant exceptionnel ! Le cadre, lors des beaux jours, est sublime. En effet, la terrasse intérieur est juste magnifique. La cuisine est une merveille. C'est du grand art. Une adresse incontournable !
