This restaurant is superb.
The setting is superb, the cuisine is superb, the service is perfect.
This is our fifth or sixth visit to Le Mademoiselle, over several months the quality is always there, never disappointed.
In addition, the starters, main courses and desserts are plentiful.
This is our obligatory stop when we come down from our Balagne to Bastia.

29/10/2023: We had a blast. Far from the bling bling and the tourist trap who cares more about the decor of the place than the food. We are here at the peak of good, authentic and local family food, rich in taste and quantity. The value for money is second to none. We will come back for sure!!!

01/04/2024: Today, Easter Day, we were looking for a restaurant and we passed by by chance. We asked if we could eat for 5 people. We really loved it. Succulent pasta. Well done to the cook. I recommend this little Italian restaurant.

09/06/2024: Apart from the restaurant which was unable to accommodate our group of 15 people due to a lack of staff, very comfortable hotel, magnificent and very spacious rooms, very pleasant staff. In short, a good step.
07/06/2024: Really beautiful and comfortable king room. Spacious room equipped with all comforts: Nespresso machine and coffee pods, small kitchenette, modern and new furniture, terrace with city/sea view with chairs. Do not underestimate the presence of water dispensers to fill bottles/water bottles for free.
The hotel is about one km from Piazza S. Nicolas it is therefore possible to leave the car in the garage to reach the center (consider a nice climb on the way back). The restaurant is not bad and breakfast offers both sweet and savory options. The staff is very friendly and helpful even though they don't speak Italian (at least the one I encountered during my short stay).

21/11/2023: Three simple french words are enough to describe this unlike place of fine italien, handmade cuisine: cuisine filigrane italienne!
Reservation is recommended! Time and excitment for a quality dinner you should bring with yourself.
A well assorted menu will be offered.
Daily fresh made pasta and well selected and perfectly prepped dishes will be served. The sourrounding of the market place is the cherry on top.
Enjoy the stay, enjoy the perfect service and chefs magic from the kitchen. Bon appettit!

30/05/2024: I recommend this restaurant, the service is perfect, the place with a view of the port too, and they make one of the best pasta carbonara I have ever eaten, creamy as can be, guanciale not too fatty but crispy, a delight!
