29/09/2024: Breakfast disappointment and unpleasant service We were disappointed by our experience at the L'Escale restaurant during a breakfast with a group of five people. At 13 euros per person, breakfast includes a hot drink, orange juice, yogurt, half a baguette with butter and two jams, as well as a pastry. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. As soon as we arrived, the waitress was not the most pleasant. We had to wait a long time for our pastries, and when we asked where they were, the answer was curt: "I told you I put them in the oven." It was not the kind of attentive, friendly service you would expect, especially for a convivial occasion like breakfast. What surprised us the most was to learn that the pastries were frozen, while the bread came directly from the baker. We politely expressed our preference for fresh pastries, but the waitress said they were better frozen. At no time did she take our opinion into account, remaining cold and unpleasant throughout the exchange. In summary, the value for money does not justify the experience, especially in the face of such unwelcoming service. One positive point: the fresh bread was good, but the attitude of the staff and the frozen pastries tarnished our stay. Move on and go a little further because the prices are more attractive and the welcome is much more pleasant.

27/09/2024: I had breakfast and must say the experience was disappointing. The chocolatines were frozen, which really ruined our meal. When we mentioned this to the waitress, her response was less than professional. She even told us that she preferred frozen chocolatines rather than those from the bakery. This attitude left us perplexed and certainly did not help to improve the atmosphere. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a good breakfast.

22/09/2024: Je suis vraiment déçu par ma soirée dans ce restaurant, qui organisait une « soirée Corse », mais l’expérience était loin d’être. L’événement était censé célébrer la Corse, mais la musique diffusée n'était pas uniquement corse et était beaucoup trop forte. Cela a rendu la conversation difficile et l'ambiance désagréable.J'ai commandé une salade Corsica, mais elle n’était pas conforme à ce qui était annoncé sur la carte. Il manquait le poivron, et à la place de la panzetta, j'ai reçu du jambon de pays, ce qui n’est pas du tout la même chose. En plus, le tiramisu que j’ai pris en dessert était franchement mauvais.Pour couronner le tout, on nous a facturé des cafés et des liqueurs que nous n'avons jamais commandés ni consommés. Cela donne une mauvaise impression de l'établissement. Le patron était assis à une table, ne se levait même pas pour vérifier que tout allait bien. Il regardait autour de lui sans prêter attention aux clients, et n'a jamais pris la peine de venir voir si nous étions satisfaits. Une attitude odieuse qui a clairement contribué à gâcher l'expérience. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant, surtout si vous recherchez une véritable soirée corse. Il y a beaucoup d’améliorations à faire, que ce soit au niveau du service, de l'authenticité des plats, ou du respect des clients.

22/09/2024: Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant pour plusieurs raisons. Un plat qu on a commandé était extrêmement épicé voire immangeable retourner en cuisine ,il ramène le même plat épicé du coup la personne n a pas mangé le serveur propose un dessert un tiramisu qui n est vraiment pas bon et dit fait maison ce restaurant ne prête aucune attention à ces clients surtout quand le patron est assis un peu plus loin et qui ne réagis pas à ce problème et pour compléter cette soirée il offre le digestif et au moment de la facture on retrouve 2 café qu on a pas commandé et les digestifs qu on doit payer. Faites demi tour et surtout éviter e restaurant bien d autres sont plus sympas

16/08/2024: We ate there yesterday, our taste buds were delighted! Truffle sushi is incredible!! we only took creations and we loved them! To regularly eat sushi in Ajaccio, Porto Vecchio and Bastia, we were very pleasantly surprised by the prices without exaggeration, very honest, and the plate is not any smaller.... the staff, from telephone reception to service, are very kind, the house has been very attentive, attentive and commercial. In short, we were won over! see you next time with great pleasure
