29/03/2026: Passionate, top-notch front-of-house staff provide personalized, attentive service. Marie Petit serves one of the best Toulousain cassoulets in town, established in 1874. The True Cassoulet of Colombier with Goose Confit Preceded by Foie Gras Platters and Crayfish Ravioli with Asparagus and Shellfish Sauce. Completed with an Apple Croustade Flambéed with Armagnac and Cheese Platters. Always sounds better in French 😉 Check it out.

11/03/2026: The manager is pleasant, the food is good, the only downside is there isn't much seating inside and in my opinion it could use some background music or decoration, but otherwise it's great, you can go without hesitation.

14/02/2026: Despite being my favorite Japanese restaurant, I'm extremely disappointed. Last time, there was no wasabi or ginger in the pouch, and this time, there were only two sweet and three savory sauces for a platter meant for three or four people! (Even though we asked for more, knowing there was absolutely no sweet sauce in the pouch.)

You say we can play with several people, but actually we can't play with several of several, but we can't play with several of several. I want an immediate refund for the scratch-off tickets!

28/03/2026: The food is ok but the service is not very friendly. For some reason the waiter refused to serve us with herb teas pretending they had none. While we were paying we discovered a full set of herb teas by the counter. Weird and disturbing

28/03/2026: This is our fifth visit, but what a disaster! We ordered an aperitif and placed our order. The aperitif arrived (without any amuse-bouches, but whatever!) and, just a few minutes later, the starters... No time to even enjoy the aperitif. For our starters, three of us ordered salmon gravlax. It had no flavor, a texture more soft than firm, accompanied by a limp, flat, flat, and lifeless bread, and a tiny mixed salad that was utterly depressing, presented without any aesthetic appeal. Then, the duck breast that was served to some of us must have been cooked over a very high heat, too quickly, with all its fat too thick, making it tough to chew, hard to the bite, and unpleasant to eat. The mashed potatoes that accompanied the meat were topped with small pieces of "cold" vegetables... The small grilled farmed sea bass I was served also came with the same garnish as the duck breasts (a lack of imagination and an inappropriate garnish): mashed potatoes and vegetables that were also "cold"... To be clear, there weren't many people, so the kitchen staff weren't overwhelmed. The waiter asked us twice if we wanted wine... No! As for the desserts, two very basic ice cream sundaes. The ice cream must have been kept in a freezer at too low a temperature because it was too hard and too dense. Finally, and to top it all off, when I went to pay the bill, the waitress told me (after I asked for Fork's 20% discount) that I wasn't entitled to it because she couldn't "find" me! She also said she couldn't even find my reservation. In short, I hadn't made a reservation (even though at the entrance, we were seated after checking the reservation... go figure!). Finally, after much hesitation, she gave me the 20% discount and—just so you know—she'll "find" me later. No comment! Note: The setting by the pool is lovely in the summer, but that's not enough!

09/12/2025: It was bound to happen, even though I never thought it would. Last Sunday was a terrible experience overall, both in terms of the food and the service. The chicken leg was so dry you could tell it had been cooked the day before, and the portion of rice served was tiny enough for a toddler. We mentioned it to the waiter, who told us it wasn't good to eat too much in the evening. The price of the meal, however, remained unchanged. And to top it all off, the plantains, which were supposed to be served as a sample (given their poor quality), still ended up on the bill. It's not that I prefer to mention this from afar, and even less so having to pay for such a disappointment, but I didn't expect this from a street food place I used to think of so highly. Oh well.

04/03/2026: One of the best tea rooms for cakes in Toulouse, in my opinion. The cakes are very good, with a wide selection and prices that are on the lower end of the city center average. Eat in or take away. The servers are always welcoming and friendly. Credit cards accepted for purchases over €5. (Takeaway cakes are €4.50 per slice.)

06/03/2026: Always top-notch, always excellent on the plate since 1972, I've been going there for 30 years and it's been excellent for 30 years, and it's one of the rare restaurants that hasn't increased its prices like most of its competitors, which makes restaurateurs in difficulty ask themselves the right questions…
