22/08/2026: I've rarely eaten so well! A wonderful discovery, both in terms of the food and the warm welcome at this family-run restaurant with its very friendly atmosphere!

30/08/2026: Sunday evening, why not have dinner in Toulouse? And what better way to end August and the week than with shellfish? So, off to this renowned shellfish farm, La Cabane in Toulouse. Alas, time flies, and the memories of a briny feast will remain just that: memories. Twelve excellent oysters, ten whelks that must have undergone a weight-loss program at "Comme J'aime," two shellfish parilladas, and a Chablis to quench our thirst for life. €130. One small detail: simply boiling olive oil and throwing in the shellfish isn't enough to call it a parillada; it also requires a bit of culinary skill, which seemed to be lacking during this meal. In short, perhaps it was just an off day, or perhaps another institution in decline. For me, it was the last time.

28/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening at this seafood restaurant. The seafood platter was delicious, and the wine was excellent. The service was super friendly. We'll be back!

10/08/2026: A lovely restaurant with very good food at fair prices. Unfortunately, the server seemed to misunderstand us when we paid and left, so we couldn't thank them or say goodbye, which was a shame.

05/08/2026: Great restaurant. They have a well-thought-out and delicious children's menu that goes far beyond the standard steak and fries some places offer! The cassoulet and steak tartare were excellent. All this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

10/09/2026: Everything is impeccable except for the managers!! The employees are lovely, smiling, and efficient despite the indecent pressure they're under. The food is very good, and the place is clean. I'm convinced that the same quality of work could be provided if the managers communicated their expectations without sarcasm, without haughty and domineering non-verbal communication, and without shamelessly infringing on their employees' rights, such as the right to take a break or make a few minor mistakes during their training, believing that customers are stupid or indifferent enough never to point them out. 🙂 I've observed this as a customer, and I don't know the employees personally; in fact, I almost never eat at this Subway. I sincerely hope this comment won't lead to any repercussions for them. If it does, I apologize in advance and commend their perseverance in this difficult job. I had planned to politely ask the managers if their attitude towards their employees was a directive from their own superiors, simply out of curiosity about the company's values—even though it's common knowledge that Subway's management is incredibly toxic. I really wanted to know their personal opinion on the matter. But by the time I finished my meal, they had disappeared. What a shame. If the situation ever arises again, I'll try my luck! I'm experimenting with posting this comment with the highest rating; perhaps it will get more visibility. Even if it doesn't have a real positive impact, I hope my intervention doesn't cause any further injustice. With all my love.

10/09/2026: A lively spot overlooking the Garonne River next to the magnificent Pont Neuf, perfect for watching the sunset reflected on the river and shaded by the buildings on the opposite bank. We shared benches, engaged in lively conversation, and enjoyed the occasional street musician adding to the evening's entertainment.

14/09/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I strongly advise against using this service. An absolutely disastrous experience. It takes a truly remarkable level of incompetence to turn an Uber Eats order placed 350 meters from the restaurant into such a mess. The order was over €80. The result: mixed-up orders, error after error, missing items, and cold food. And of course, instead of the problem being resolved quickly, it turned into a 2.5-hour ordeal. But the worst part for me was the completely absurd way they handled customer information. They apparently stuck my phone number on a sticky note for another order, which was itself affected by an error. As a result, another customer ended up with my number and called me directly. How can they possibly manage orders like this? I calmly placed an order for over €80 and ended up receiving a call from a stranger because the restaurant had mixed up the order information. At no point should I have to wonder if my contact details were properly protected. And then I had to wait another 2.5 hours to try and resolve the issue. They did answer, yes. But it was an interminable, laborious, and frankly disappointing response that didn't make up for the two and a half hours of chaos. And during all this time, we're talking about an order where €8 equals two kebabs. At that price, I expect, at the very least, that the items I paid for were present, that the food arrived correctly, and that the order was identifiable without relying on guesswork with sticky notes. Over €80 spent. 350 meters away. 2.5 hours of problems. Cold food. Missing items. Order swapped. And my number given to another customer due to a management error. It's hard to imagine anything worse. Mistakes happen. But such a string of errors, followed by such a long and disappointing wait, is no longer just a simple mistake: it's a service that clearly doesn't live up to the price. I just wanted to eat sushi. I ended up paying over €80 for an evening of frustration and a privacy issue that could have easily been avoided with a little more care. Sushi Avenue: if you're looking for a place where your order, your patience, and potentially your personal information all go through the wringer, you've found it. As for me, never again. 🍣💀

09/08/2026: Once upon a time, there was Alexis's pizza... the pizza dough barely rose, all you could taste was the flour, and the bottom was always undercooked. It's a shame, but it seems they've lost interest.
