A complete let go even if you change your address..
Bread is often not certain to be provided and even worse as disappointments accumulate, no gesture or apology is made or recognized..
25/11/2024: I ordered a 3 xl meat taco and I received a mini taco for the price it was frankly over the top after its very good, great atmosphere and team at the top my top quantities

27/11/2024: Order of 3 pizzas and unanimous comment dry pizzas, uncooked pasta therefore expensive for the quality.
We won't go back there again.
31/10/2024: Takeaway pizza prepared in a hurry (largely cut cheese, onion in industrial quantity...not enough chorizo, extremely thick ham "the proportions are poorly distributed"
There really is an effort to be made!

11/03/2024: Restaurant that does not respect its opening hours. The three times I went to this "restaurant", which is supposed to close at 9:30 p.m., it was between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. and I was told that it was exceptionally closed. When it's only once I want to understand the meaning of "exceptional" but after three times it's making fun of the world. To avoid!

25/09/2024: Evening meal on 09/24. My daughter asks for extra sauce....we ask her for 2 euros!!! Um, is this a joke? I understand that we can charge for additional sauces given the abuse previously but 2 euros!!! This mac does not fail to live up to the reputation made during the M6 report. Gorgeous !!

The tables were so dirty that I used my napkin to clean with my coke
I was waiting in front of the counter I was asked 3 times what I wanted
A young man asked who handles the orders and everyone left
He left himself after.... hamburger really not good, I wouldn't come back
For the most expensive McDonald's in France, a shame
A granny at the next table had 3 orders at her table but never hers, the waitress completely lost.... not pleasant who shouts the table numbers hey oh where are you? No, but where are we going!!! A horror to be banned, I prefer to go up to Remiremont!

12/09/2024: So I came back a second time and it was even worse, the person at the drive-thru didn't even let me talk. He told me to advance a second wicket he didn't even take the order he no longer responded to my attempts.
Next time I'll go to BK, it's opposite and it's less boring
10/09/2024: Serveuse pas très aimable, suite à sa nous avons acheter en plus des pommes et après des ananas la serveuse d’un tons méchant “ vous voulez pas que je vous donne le frigo” très déçus.

I came to collect my order, and no help offered. The employee's words: "hello, your order. Thank you, have a good day"
Lamentable. This Drive is getting worse and worse. In addition, employees smoke not far from the reception door.
EDIT of September 13, 2024 (great! 👏🏻): Order at 7 p.m.: served by a certain Léa. No hello, extremely cold. I felt like I was in front of a funeral home employee. Maybe she should apply for this field? I say that I say nothing, but any funeral company would snatch their CV.
24/06/2024: Disobliging staff who look down on you with a look that despises you... very unpleasant attitude no politeness slow staff who drag their feet no help and offer a customer next door not happy with her vegetables and staff who blow a shame or are the smiling departure team who recognize you and help you put in the trunk…. Loyal customer, I've been ordering for almost 9 years now and I find it lamentable coming from a Leclerc drive.
