07/09/2024: The Worst All-you-can-eat Buffet I've tried in the area!! Very little choice regarding the buffet. Chicken spring rolls, Nuggets, Shrimp fritters, Everything was bland, No taste. I wanted to taste the noodles as well as some chicken which didn't look like chicken but like mush. The chicken was sticky and smelled funny, like it wasn't fresh. I decided to go and ask the person in charge of the wok. I asked him if the chicken was fresh, even though I knew in advance that it was not fresh given its smell. He replied: It can't be fresh because we prepare them several hours in advance!! So I told him he could throw the plate away, I didn't want to take any risk of getting sick! 1st and last time I will set foot there. Flee, if you don't want to get sick.

15/06/2024: Good morning Rare are experiences like these It all started when I arrived, my registration was done by telephone and instead of my name, my incomplete email address appeared plus a first name that was not mine. Then the receptionist does not give me a good drink under the pretext that I am "classic" even though my status has been Gold for more than two years. (the drink was offered to me out of politeness) Then the establishment itself is timeless, just like the 50-year-old carpet, the bathroom without a screen and also out of date. Curtains that don't close and have "original" holes The meal thanks SODEXO and when you ask for more bread we serve you the lunch one, that said it is an effective no waste policy. If only there had been a semblance of a smile or commercial welcome could have been understandable, unfortunately nothing certainly due to the local environment. No need to finish with breakfast, spartan and industrial as possible. Thank you for this timeless experience and MERCURY criteria

09/06/2024: Quality service, pleasant staff, I cannot judge the hotel by itself given that it is currently being renovated

07/06/2024: No no no. Smell of cigarettes in the room, I was offered another: excrement on the toilet and the chair. I was offered another: cold shower and hair dryer which doesn't work. Response from the hotel "I can't help you, everyone pulled the water at the same time, shower tomorrow!" Breakfast at 10€: very little choice, no fresh or homemade products.

19/09/2024: À première vue, l’endroit paraissait sympathique et la serveuse très agréable, nous commandons nos plats et nos boissons, l’entrée arrive rapidement. Puis 45 min après avoir été desservis de nos entrées nous avons été dans l’obligation de demander à la serveuse ou en étaient nos plats en lui expliquant que cela faisait déjà 45 min que nous attendions. Plusieurs tables étaient arrivées après nous et étaient déjà reparties. Les plats arrivent et surprise l’accompagnement de ma viande n’était pas celui commandé, je demande à la serveuse qui me dit oui j’ai vu que ce n’était pas ce que vous aviez commandé mais je pense qu’ils en avaient plus alors ils vous ont mis ça a la place !!! Cuisson de la viande demandée saignante et elle est arrivée à point !!! Enfin bref nous voulions passer un moment agréable et au final nous sommes repartis sans dessert ni café

12/09/2024: Comme dans tous les centres commerciaux Leclerc,la restauration est excellente La brasserie le Sapeur de Lure ne déroge pas au sérieux du l'accueil le service,la gastronomie : Nous avons commandé 1 spritz,1 mojito accompagnement assiette de tapas : parfaits 1 tartare 180 gr et ses condiments non préparé. 1 tartare 360 grâce, avec ses condiments aussi excellents . pour finir 2 cafés gourmands Merci au personnels,au cuisine
