24/03/2026: We came as a family of 13 and were very disappointed with our experience. The service was truly lacking: our plates were cleared before everyone had finished their meals, and the atmosphere among the waiters was quite cold. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The portions were very small for the price: our fries were thin and dry, while our neighbors had "steakhouse" fries, and the cancoillotte cheese on the Franche-Comté platters wasn't even hot. When it came time to pay, the waiter suggested we round up the bill to the next highest amount "for simplicity." With over €50 per person and not even a complimentary coffee, this seemed really inappropriate and unprofessional. Frankly, very disappointing; I do not recommend this restaurant. I am modifying my review to respond to you: I am surprised by your remarks, which seem rather dishonest and do not reflect the reality of our experience. We never booked for 17 people, but rather for 12 or 13, and there were 13 of us. Opening your establishment that day was your decision, not a specific request from us. Furthermore, we were not the only customers present. You mention a complimentary digestif: it was actually a single glass to share for the entire table, presented as a tasting. The comment, "to find out the name of the product tasted, you will have to order it and read it on the bill," confirms this. Regarding the bill, it was indeed suggested that we round up to the nearest whole amount, contrary to what you claim. This should always be an option for the customer, not something that is imposed upon them. Therefore, we stand by our review, which accurately reflects our experience. Your response only reinforces our overall impression.

19/02/2026: We have dined at your establishment several times. The service is sometimes very slow. When we order a burger with bacon, it often doesn't arrive, and we have to go and point it out. Furthermore, lately the steaks have sometimes been overly peppery, which ruins the dish. You should pay more attention to this.

15/02/2026: The floor is sticky under shoes, making it difficult to find a decent table to sit at! The toilets are best avoided…

28/01/2026: The place is too noisy. Access to the self-service kiosks is difficult when it's crowded, and only 4 out of 6 work. Parking is hard to find.

25/01/2026: Passing through Gray, I stopped at this McDonald's. The dining area was clean and the setting pleasant. So why this rating? The service and staff were extremely unpleasant and rude. Don't bother asking for information; you're bothering them and they'll brush you off (especially the older woman who worked there).
