21/12/2023: Beau cadre et très bien accueilli. Menu du jour ou à la carte. Cuisine de très bonnes qualités, raffinés. Cerf un peu trop cuit à mon avis mais de très bonne qualité. Dessert (voir images) parfait. Prix légèrement un peu trop élevé mais reste une bonne adresse.

09/10/2024: We booked one night at this establishment, and we were not disappointed, everything was perfect! The staff is very welcoming, friendly. The room (Sunset) is very well decorated/equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is comfortable, calm and silence are present. Hearty and varied breakfast served in your room. Very well renovated, modern building, jacuzzi in a courtyard at the back of the building (done at night, it's superb, you just need to reserve a slot) Easy parking right opposite. The gourmet restaurant (Le Saisonnier) right next door, is part of the complex, it's the same staff, we reserved a table there for dinner, it was very good. In short, a top-of-the-range general service, we had a pleasant stay, we definitely recommend it!!

29/08/2024: The food was very good! The servers did their best to serve us properly. However, the wait was far too long. 2 hours in the restaurant only for 1 salad and 1 dessert! (dishes that are quickly prepared) In addition, the restaurant manager was not of much help to her employees, she did not help them enough in relation to the customers who were present. Good luck to the whole team!

17/02/2026: A wonderful discovery, both in terms of the people and the establishment itself. Pure bliss: the restaurant, the room, the generous breakfasts, and the spa (which you must book 30 minutes in advance). The staff are kind, cheerful, and attentive to guests. We had a very pleasant stay the night before my father's funeral, from February 15th to 16th. This one-night stay allowed us to unwind and fully appreciate this place. Just across the road is the Casino and Bowling Alley: perfect!

07/09/2024: The Worst All-you-can-eat Buffet I've tried in the area!! Very little choice regarding the buffet. Chicken spring rolls, Nuggets, Shrimp fritters, Everything was bland, No taste. I wanted to taste the noodles as well as some chicken which didn't look like chicken but like mush. The chicken was sticky and smelled funny, like it wasn't fresh. I decided to go and ask the person in charge of the wok. I asked him if the chicken was fresh, even though I knew in advance that it was not fresh given its smell. He replied: It can't be fresh because we prepare them several hours in advance!! So I told him he could throw the plate away, I didn't want to take any risk of getting sick! 1st and last time I will set foot there. Flee, if you don't want to get sick.

06/08/2024: De passage à Vesoul nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant. Belle terrasse, agréable jusqu’à la tombée de la nuit puis par manque d’éclairage un peu compliqué d’y rester à la tombée de la nuit. Serveuse pas très pro, un peu perdue dans les commandes, ne connaissant pas vraiment la carte des vins….mais charmante et pleine de bonne volonté. Jeune homme qui a pris le relai un peu mieux mais un peu léger sur les réponses à nos questions sur les plats. Bref, tout cela est un peu de l’amateurisme. En ce qui concerne les plats, ils sont corrects. Malgré une viande qui ne respectait pas la cuisson demandée. Bonne andouillette à la cancoillotte, salade du berger avec du fromage un peu sec et le miel prévu était un « peu absent » 😕 Gagnerait à être plus pro au niveau du service Peut-être que, comme dans beaucoup de restaurant, des difficultés de recrutement expliquent cette situation

08/08/2024: Very pleasant "road" restaurant, the food is very good, everything is homemade, the pastries are a real delight, the place is clean. The owner is very friendly, family atmosphere. I recommend you will eat well and the prices are very reasonable.

31/08/2024: Really average cafeteria, Children's menu with uncooked minced steak inside still frozen. Quickly overwhelmed
